Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IcelandNot exactly something I´d say i didn´t like, more it was unusual - there was a window to the bedroom in the shower. We thought it was funny :-)
We liked the hotel, it seems new, comfortable, nice modern neighborhood. It was a bit of a walk from the old city, but we visited in summer and fully enjoyed the walk alongside the river. The room was fine as well, no weird smells or mould, we would definitely stay again!

The hotel was located a bit further out of town than we would have liked, but for the price, it was worth it. The bus stopped just up the road, so getting into Lyon was easy and cheap. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good, covering every taste and worth the extra money. Having an underground car park was so useful as we left the car their for the duration and used the extensive, cheap public transport. Our room was larger than some we have stayed in, and the "window" between the bathroom and bedroom was an interesting touch.

BelgiumTo be honest..the breakfast. Not the breakfast lady, she is very nice. There was only one sort of cheese..all packed in plastic individually..the jam..all in little jars, butter..the same...individually packed. The bread was nice as were the scrambled eggs made of real eggs. A bigger choice in cheese wld be very nice and a more environmental friendly breakfast. Gluten free and lactose free options wld also be very much appreciated.
Great hotel. We got a very good room. Despite the crowds, there was a large Jehovah convention in Lyon (22,000 Jehovah witnesses, not all in this hotel though ;) we had a quiet room and were advised to go to the breakfast buffet after 0800. We would go again to this hotel. The parking garage is great and reasonable priced in comparison with others. Friendly staff, we had a good stay.

United KingdomThe staff were exceptionally helpful, providing secure storage for our bikes. The hotel was in a great, quiet location, just out of town and an easy ride in - Lyon is a great city to cycle in. Secure car parking was also useful and the food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent.

United KingdomThe location suited us very well for family reasons. Some might find it a bit less convenient if they want to be in the centre of Lyon. But there’s a good bus service.
An exceptionally comfortable room with an excellent bed. Lovely breakfast and easy secure parking (for a small fee). It’s in a good spot close to the river Saone.
