I didn't like the noise, you can hear the room upstairs but gladly we only experienced it during day time.

I like the accessability of the hotel. Near the bus and train station. Theres a nearby supermarket as well

Marginal breakfast. Missing one size slippers and laundry bags in the room. The window does not incline.

Many people up all hours of the night outside and inside halls of the hotel, opening and closing doors and talking loud in the hall, very rude. Did not sleep our second night.

Comfortable beds, great size bedroom. Just a block away from the metro and close to many restaurants and shops. Staff was great.

It was too cold in the room when we arrived (AC was set to 15 degrees) and the warming mode wasn't working so we have to pour hot water from the shower to make it warmer inside

Fantastic location, spacious and well arranged rooms. Extras like sparkling water on tap and afternoon snacks just added to the appeal :) the staff were super friendly and helpful!

May be personal preference but positioning of the items could have been better. Rooms were nice but slightly compact. Free standing freeze where Freezer may or may not work. Was not working for the room we stayed in.

Staff at the reception were great, location was great. Approx 80m from RER, Metro and Bus stop. Enough Cold and Sparkling water and Coffee available at reception to use. Additional room for Kids on a 3 bed property. I arrived early and left hours after check out was allowed to leave my luggages at reception.

Slightly small shower and a bit of road noise.

Excellent family room with a double and two singles (not that easy to find). Extremely comfortable beds , close to metro and very nice bakery. We used it whilst visiting the Paralympic at the Bercy Arena which is a short walk away.

The refrigerator is loud (r.412)

Location is near the metro in a good area. Receptionists and waiters are wonderful. I forgot the names but the young smiley guy working at evening shift on 30.08 and the woman in the restaurant area on morning 31.08 are the nicest hotel workers I’ve met. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is rich and fresh.

Smell from drains in bathroom , but not sure if anything can be done about that. Not all the time tho, seemed in moments so not too disturbing especially with air conditioning

Location is great as metro is 1min walk. You can find shops and restaurants all around. Even a Lidl! :) Staff are polite and friendly and the lady at breakfast is an angel Air conditioning worked great too! And balcony was lovely

Breakfast room - not much room to move around when everyone is on breakfast

Excellent location of the hotel near metro station and lots of bistros and bars. Opposite hotel small supermarket and more shops nearby. Room very spacious and clean Breakfast was very nice and tasty Staff very helpful and friendly

We paid over inflated prices because of the Olympics. I know this was the case all over Paris and not specific to this hotel but it was frustrating knowing the price per room far exceeded their usual prices

We stayed here during the Olympics. The location was fantastic for public transport. Next to a metro and RER with links all over Paris including direct to stade de France and very straightforward on the metro from CDG airport. The free coffee, water and treats at reception together with having a fridge in our room was a huge advantage when we were really busy attending events and needed quick snacks and delicious coffee in a hurry. The reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean.
