My room was sharing a wall with a technical cupboard/lift shaft or similar so there were at times loud clanking noises which thankfully stopped at night. A sign in the room encouraged leaving towels in sink if you wanted them changed but otherwise to leave them hanging up if you were happy to use them more than once. For ecological reasons I was very happy to do that but the towels were changed every time regardless.

The room has all you need. The location of the hotel is brilliant as it is right opposite the stop of the metro and with easy access to a bus taking me straight to CDG airport. My room was clean and neither too hot or cold.

Quite big hotel just a few steps from metro station with Lidl and McDonalds in the walkable distance. Room could be a bit bigger, but the price was relevant.

The location is pretty far from center and most public transportations, but still has some restaurants and shops near by

Room bit small, facilities could be updated. Parking (only 10 euros per day) is a bit far (about 100m walk) and very complicated in another nearby parking building and very difficult to find despite good efforts and signs of the Hotel in the parking building. If you need to park your car, you should read the parking instruction of the hotel on Booking site very carefully beforehand with the help of google street view. In fact I did my homework beforehand and did find the parking without too much difficulty. However, I was still lost to retrieve my car in the 2nd day.

Buffet breakfast although verities should be improved. Location is excellent. Line 3 metro is just 20m away, very convenient to go anywhere in Paris. In the same big building, there are also Auchan and other small shops and restaurants and a MacDonald. Very convenient for fast meals and shopping.

Having NO access to a Wi-Fi network in the room these days is not something I can live with - I was on duty travel, where I had to be connected. This is the only disadvantage I have experienced.

The location is GREAT - just outside the metro station. It was easy and fast to get to the city center or for sightseeing. The room was cozy and super quiet. I was happy of the room comfort.

Personal need to learn English! Also at the reception board was people who could not talk nothing, except French. Kindness is something else...in this hotel were nothing to it related.

You can't open window. For me it is crazy. Like in prism. But the rest was excelent. Place is great. Metro/store/food all is in one minute from entrance. That is amazing. Btw WiFi was in excelent conditions. Strong and quick.

It was very difficult to communicate with the staff and, like all the places we went in Paris, they didn’t seem very eager to help, but this wasn’t a big problem. Also the location is a bit creepy in the night as there are some weird people hanging around

No refrigerator in rooms- it will be necessary and opportunity to open the windows-it was closed with no possibilities to opened.

Unfortunately the metro station was closed only for four days and exactly on date when I arrived and when I went. The lot of buses was available instead. Both the bus and metro station is like 15seconds from hotel. Also near is groserie store to buy things for the trip…

Sourronding is not romantic, but safe.

The room was very clean and everyday cleaning service was great! Every time I came back room was cleaned up like on check-in. Price / value ratio is very good comparing to Paris average. Location is not bad - 15-20 min from Paris center, but hotel litelarly stands on Metro station :) Staff was very helpful, room was not big, but had wardrobe where you can put all your staff. Close to hotel there is McDonald, Auchan, nice asian restaurant.

The hotel staff were too busy or tired to help us out. Cleanliness of the rooms were not that great. During our stay in mid July Bastille day weekend the air conditioner was not working. They offered us Table Fans but they were not sufficient as the rooms have no ventilation . This was a last-minute booking for us. Given a chance will not stay there again.

It's next door to a supermarket and McDonalds. You would get lot of options for food. The hotel is right on top of Metro station, during our visit the station was closed for some maintenance work so had to always take a shuttle to the next Metro station to go anywhere. The shuttle are small so they got really crowded.

The hotel and the furniture was old. The carpet gives you impression of dirty. The bed was too narrow to sleep. You couldn't arrange or close the air conditioner. The cleaning service wakes you up every morning at 9:30.

The Metro station was next to the hotel. Next to the hotel is a super market where you can buy anything. Opposite direction is a very nice and cheap restaurant. The staff in the reception was very helpful and friendly (especially Nikos).

The pillows on the beds were a little thinner than would have liked although that is absolutely a personal preference. The shower lacked water pressure which made showering feel a little claustrophobic as I had to cram myself into the corner in order to get the shower over me. The way food worked at the in hotel restaurant could also have been better explained as there was little to no information about this.

The bar offered a fantastic selection of happy hour cocktails and the bar itself was a comfortable and relaxing environment with friendly staff who made ever effort to accommodate us. The rooms were cleaned daily and to a higher standard than you would expect from a budget hotel (the bathrooms were also nice with good lighting for post happy hour selfies) they also had security on the door which provided just that little extra reassurance. there was also a metro station providing a direct route into Paris through line 3.
