Room was rather small for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 kids); we barely had space to move around. Luckily we did not spend too much time inside.

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and big, large shower, with nice toiletries. Breakfast was rich and the breakfast room was large enough and bright. Wifi worked nicely, which is usually not the case in hotels in France :) Location was indeed great, with bus and metro stations to the heart of old Paris, near by.

A few of the negatives: The setting on the Air con was fixed at 18 degrees and it was too warm in the room. There was no milk provided with the tea/coffee facilities and we had to keep going down to the bar if we wanted milk. Although the room was set up for three people, only two towels were ever left and we had to constantly request another set.

Lovely well equipped room. The shower room and toilet were both tiny and a bit awkward to access. A single bathroom probably would have made it more comfortable. The positives: The bar is nice and the staff are friendly. The room is large and well equipped and the hotel is modern and comfortable

We had a great view of the Eiffel and city. It was such a great location as well, being close to the metro and not long to get into central Paris. The room was nice and roomy, clean and modern and the staff very helpful.

Really difficult to say anything on this. Maybe bed is bit too soft for our taste (I guess in principle matrasses are already bit soft and usage does not help). But this is personal preference. Location may be issue for some, if they do not like to travel too much when traveling for city trips. Finally, if you at all care about it, gym which is offered is not really big and cannot take more than 2 people at the same time. But again, in Paris not many hotels even offer it and there is great sport complex next to the hotel if you need it.

Really nice hotel, very clear and very spacious room. We stayed as a family and it is nice that sofa can be turned into bed. Nice touch that shower and toilet are separate. Very nice breakfast and dinner (for once we actually had one in the hotel and was nice). Breakfast with a lot of choice, some challenges on space, but it was fully booked period. Location is as normally with hotels in these areas, so it takes around 30 minutes with the metro to come to city center, but very high turnaround of metros.

The personnel in the breakfast area is totally unacceptable and should not work in Novotel. They have no idea how to serve the customers and they are always angry, bored and obviously unhappy with their job.

Lovely suite, great view to Eiffel Tower, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Close distance to Metro station on foot.

Staff could be friendlier and more accomodating. Asked for a plastic bag to put a pair of shoes and for half an hour could not help me until I asked to bring me a trash bin bag!

The room had air con but it only went down to 18 so it was a little warm at night

The room was a lovely size really big and spacious. There were plenty of options for breakfast. It’s was very modern, very easy to spot after coming off the metro as it is all lit up blue in the dark. Easy access to buses and metro. Would definitely stay here again!

The room comfort was great. Great bed and pillows. Water fountains available in the lobby and in each floor. Great value for money. I was surprised given the remaining of the offers available in Paris. Location good enough to get to the city center quick enough.

The rooms were clean and spacious considering the limited space other hotel rooms have in Paris. Breakfast has very limited spread; almost same dishes every morning. Around 6-8 mins walk to the nearest Metro station which was fine with us. Well connected with the public transport system.
