We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHad problem with adjoining door to next suite. The lock was broken which meant there was no privacy between occupants. This would have been acceptable if being shared by a family but my neighbours were absolute strangers. The staff eventually resolved the issue. The orange juice machine was broken at the breakfast buffet.
Evening meal was of a good standard.

Very well appointed comfortable rooms where you can park right outside your door. A large walk in shower. There was tea, coffee and bottled water in the room. It’s also a very quiet location about 1km outside of the town so am east €12 taxi into town.

It’s excellent value for money. Lovely welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, good parking, very handy for travelling on the motorways. The food in the restaurant was excellent and again great service and value. This was our third visit and the rooms have been refurbished the bathroom is hugely improved.

NetherlandsWe were searching for a Tesla supercharger and found this amazing hotel. Loading the car on front of the door overnight was perfect. The staff even made us a great pasta upon arrival. Pillows and bed were super soft and comfortable. The view was amazing. In summer, when the vineyard is green, it would be even better.

United KingdomThis is an old hotel & our room had poor sound proofng for the price paid...but Beaune is pricy. My problem was that it smelt a bit damp & musty & there were some signs of there having been damp problems. Otherwise, the room was very clean.
We had the benefit of parking right outside our room, so very easy to load/unload. The location was secure and quiet & quite convenient for town.

Secure parking close to or adjacent to your room is convenient. Nice location.

We arrived on a very cold December and was quite pleased to find a room as it was quite late. The hotel room nice in size but extremely cold when we entered. The room heated up fairly quick but the floor maintain its cold temperature during our stay. The beds were cozy and the shower was nice and warm on this cold day. The reception staf was friendly. The view from our room in the morning was fabulous as we had a wine field covered in mist in from of us.
