You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

That’s very frustrating as need to work at night In car park at 10 pm last night taking dogs out 3 big car park lights out couldn’t really see and a big group of youngish men all in a crowd under lights of main entrance to car park I felt a little nervous as I was on my own and female I’m staying again tonight so will see if any of these things have changed today
Location to Eurotunnel comfy beds. Breakfast good staff very friendly. I was remembered kindly from my yearly return trips and it takes dogs

Hotel is beutifully refurbished in contemporary design. Great Hollywood theme in restaurant but not supported with great food unfortunately. My starter was grossly oversalted and inedible, but the waiter stated that this is how it is and still charged for it.

United KingdomThe stained carpet outside room 606 / 605. Looks like a bottle of bleach was dropped. Just needs a fix.
We needed secure parking as we had two valuable bicycles on the back of our car. The hotel has outside parking with a gate that closed at midnight with CCTV and secure underground parking. We opted for the underground parking, very secure and well worth the small extra charge for the piece of mind. The restaurant was excellent. Nicely decorated and the food was fabulous. Chef David visited the table of his diners which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was a buffet and again provided an huge range of foods to accommodate big appetites.
