We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice spacious room, great facilities, really nice receptionists and check in/out processes. Overall outstanding value. A bit far outside of the historic part of town, but convenient with the nearby tram and worth it to get a little more space.

GermanyBreakfast: after trying the breakfast one day I decided not to book it further. In my taste, it lacked warm food options, like omelette or scrambled eggs. Paper cups: the hotel offers paper cups instead of regular ones, also every cup is wrapped in plastic. I find it rather not sustainable. Also since I drink lots of tea, the paper cups simply wouldn't handle that much of workload. Although when I asked for a regular cup at the reception, I received it immediately. Security deposit of 100 EUR: I was charged 100 EUR one day before my arrival. I've been told on my checkout that the staff would check my room and return the deposit if everything was fine, so I had to wait for several days until I received my money back. It felt quite unpleasant to be seen as a potential criminal. Other hotels somehow manage to operate without showing mistrust to guests and this is the treatment I'm used to.
Comfort: the beds were firm but not hard, pillows were soft but supportive enough. Dark at night and quiet. I had tea and coffee in my room, as well as a small fridge, which was very convenient. Location: there is a good transport connection by tram, and the stop is just 5 min walk away. Quietness: the sound insulation of windows wasn't good and I could hear the sounds from the street with the closed windows, but the location is quiet in general, so nothing disturbed me at night. Staff: The staff was friendly and welcoming, and in general I had pleasant time staying in the hotel. I also appreciated that I was offered to book breakfast for one day, to try and decide whether I want to book a breakfast for the rest of my stay. I appreciate such flexibility.
