Breakfast: after trying the breakfast one day I decided not to book it further. In my taste, it lacked warm food options, like omelette or scrambled eggs. Paper cups: the hotel offers paper cups instead of regular ones, also every cup is wrapped in plastic. I find it rather not sustainable. Also since I drink lots of tea, the paper cups simply wouldn't handle that much of workload. Although when I asked for a regular cup at the reception, I received it immediately. Security deposit of 100 EUR: I was charged 100 EUR one day before my arrival. I've been told on my checkout that the staff would check my room and return the deposit if everything was fine, so I had to wait for several days until I received my money back. It felt quite unpleasant to be seen as a potential criminal. Other hotels somehow manage to operate without showing mistrust to guests and this is the treatment I'm used to.

Comfort: the beds were firm but not hard, pillows were soft but supportive enough. Dark at night and quiet. I had tea and coffee in my room, as well as a small fridge, which was very convenient. Location: there is a good transport connection by tram, and the stop is just 5 min walk away. Quietness: the sound insulation of windows wasn't good and I could hear the sounds from the street with the closed windows, but the location is quiet in general, so nothing disturbed me at night. Staff: The staff was friendly and welcoming, and in general I had pleasant time staying in the hotel. I also appreciated that I was offered to book breakfast for one day, to try and decide whether I want to book a breakfast for the rest of my stay. I appreciate such flexibility.

Everything meets our expectation! Super clean, room size, front desk is always so nice and super helpful! The hotel is actually only steps away from the tram station which leads to everywhere and only 1 stop from Gare de Strasbourg. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Breakfast was very good and varied. I liked that there was a wide variety of cheeses at breakfast (you can even taste the cheese of the area - Munster Cheese). The room was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. Most of all I liked that it was very quiet and I could rest. I will definitely come back!

We stay at the hotel for 2nights. Location is very good Just 1stop from the main station and walk a few minutes. It is easy to access main tourist spots by foot. Staff at the reception are very helpful to us. Bed is very comfy. Bathroom is good size. We stayed in superior double room.

I believe this hotel was a big surprise. I expected the room to be smaller, but it wasn't. The service was courteous and polite. Everything clean and organized, good distribution of sockets and a good place for reading and meetings.
