Sleep was impossible due to the aircon temperature being set at 23 degrees. This was explained as being environmentally friendly but was NOT sleep-friendly

Bathroom within a glass pod in the room itself and therefore lacks privacy. Big TV screen only had French channels

Weird and completely useless en suite shower room. Door didn’t shut and you could see in and out of shower room from the bedroom!

The bathroom lack of privacy

The service from the staff in the lounge was exceptional & very friendly. Coffee and pastries also available in the lounge free. Breakfast was good. We slept very well. The bathrooms are very different. I liked the shower however it tended to wet everything through in the bathroom and I wasn’t sure about the louvre walls for lack of privacy.

The air conditioner in the room did not work well. Everything else was great.

Short walk to historic area. Great view from the club area. Efficient use of space. Comfortable bed and linen. Good variety of food options for breakfast. Late dining option available.

Room was small. A little difficult to move around with 2 medium suitcases.

Location and access was very good. 5 min drive to the old town which was fabulous. The access to the top floor bar/happy hour/breakfast area was fabulous serving a drink and tapas along with the room. View was great up there.Breakfast was great.

The bathroom design is silly.

Having a guest lounge and gym in a moderate priced hotel is lovely! We so happened to have a major rain storm during our stay so it was great to have a spacious guest lounge equipped with food and beverages on hand.

The strange bathroom! The door between bedroom & bathroom offers no sound proofing & won’t close (due to its poor design). ITS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! This expensive curved glass / timber slats design brings no value to the room. The architecture should be held to account. Tut

Very friendly helpful staff, loved the funky, 9th floor, lounge with great views, nice to have access to free snacks, tea, coffee etc. Very comfortable bed (lovely bed linen & pillows). A short walk in old town.

The artistically designed bathroom walls and door were impractical. The walls were effectively transparent and the door extremely heavy with no handles. Weird. Ask about alternative on check in.

The staff was very friendly ad helpful. The common room on the top floor provided an excellent view and during a storm great dramatic view. Supper was available in dining room, also on top floor.

The bed and decor.

The staff were great, the aperitif in the club was good. Breakfast had many wonderful gluten-free options. The decor was weird. Louvred strips around the bathroom walls so you can see in and out. The room was small. The bed was low and not very comfortable for me.
