We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast and evening meal were good. Facilities and service from staff was excellent, especially as we were travelling with our dog. Staff were all super friendly and very accommodating.

United KingdomThe hotel allows dogs which is fine, but the people next to us went out and left their dog in the room which started to bark constantly at 9pm. I had to go to reception after 30 minutes as the dog was still barking. They informed me they had a telephone number for the guest and would contact them.. I found it a bit strange that the owners went out and just left the dog on its own.. and the hotel was completely ok with this.. if that’s the case maybe put all the dogs down one wing of the hotel ??? That said I would stay here again - only 2.30 hours from Calais Eurotunnel
Good location close to town but far enough away. Rooms were clean with everything you need including a safe and a good size fridge. They give glass bottles to fill up at the water fountains around the hotel which is good. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. Air conditioning was good too. There was a pool and a good garden space. Plenty of parking too.

SwedenThe hotel lacks a bit charm and personality. While some of the staff go above and beyond, some don't seem to care at all. The breakfast is above average, while the dinner service is good, but not great. I would have appreciated some more amenities like for example, a body lotion and conditioner.
It's got everything one can expect from a 4-star hotel. It's comfortable and clean. It is easily accessible from the motorway and with plenty of parking space.

Nice room, very quiet and clean. Great bar and friendly staff. The restaurant looked good but we opted for the grill opposite the hotel - something we won't do the next time. The Hotel restaurant is definitely a better choice.

Easy to reach just outside of Reims without having to get too much out of the highway to continue our road trip. Nice little kids corner next to the reception. Restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast.

United KingdomMy 15 year old found the sofa bed uncomfortable so shared my double bed instead. The room was stuffy and hot and the AC didn't seem to make a difference and a bit noisy.
The hotel is lovely and very conveniently located to the motorway. Breakfast was good, parking v secure we left our luggage in the car. Perfect for 1 night stopover on the way to Alps. Ate in restaurant and the food was so much better than expected and the waitress really friendly.
