The staffs are very friendly and helpful, forgot to get a European adapter for my phone and they were kind enough to lend me one, also they were happy to let me do a late check out and even offered to store my luggages if I needed one. My family enjoyed a variety of choices for their breakfast. Also the hotel is very accessible and close to the train station and most of all I had an upgraded room with free drinks on the fridge.

1. Room size for family is very small, not much to move around. 2. Internet service unavailable on the first day of the stay. 3. TV is old and doesn’t support smart features.

We chose a room with a double and sofa bed, was fine for a few nights but not much room to put bags, which is to be expected. Room wasn't quite made up and only provided disposable coffee cups which wasn't ideal.

Nice hotel, good location able to walk to Metro and there were nice restaurants in walking distance. On each floor there was a water cooler with still and sparkling which was nice.

View of a building site from our room with building work starting in the morning. Didn't bother us too much as it's wasn't that loud but it's the only thing that makes it a less perfect score!

Great hotel centrally located enough to walk to attractions, restaurants and bars. Friendly atmosphere. Comfortable room for family of 4. We have a van and the reception staff were brilliant at accommodating us, arranging a parking space in their above ground car park. Water fountains on every floor with sparkling water available. Lovely welcome card and teddies for the children in our room. Selfie machine in the dining room was also fun!

The property is more of a bread and bed accommodation than a 4-star hotel. Amenities are very very basic. Not recommended for couples with kids as the room is tiny and we had a tough time living there. This is in stark contrast to their another property in Geneva Central which was absolutely great. Not recommended for families 2+2.

There was always a queue at the reception (probably the number of the staff does not suffice to cover the hotel needs). When we checked in and got into our room, we realised that the room was not prepared for four persons, as we asked (the sofa bed was not made, only two towels were provided). Finally, though the room was cleaned on a daily basis, the cleaning ladies kept forgetting staff in our room (the dirty towels or the changed sheets)

Room size is very small for the family with 2 kids. Sofa was uncomfortable and noisy. Location is not super, family kids can prefer closer hotels to attractive places. There is nothing around the hotel by walking for the families..

I had a terrace room- terrace had many cobwebs… was not clean at all. I didn’t go outside because of that. My bathroom could have been cleaner. Maintenance staff leaves at night and the water stopped running for my toilet, could not get it repaired till morning. Felt uncomfortable to have a non working toilet overnight

Staff was friendly! Location was a bit farther from metro than i had thought… but the low price of hotel subsidized it.

Breakfast, Location We stayed at this location during our visit to paris, This place had the accommodation for 4 people with breakfast included. Price is definitely high but in a closer distance to the train station. If you are planning to take Uber to the eiffel Tower, it will cost between twelve two twenty euros. The neighborhood is good with a lot of restaurants in walking distance and also a grocery store nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant and a bar which is good. There are water filling stations available, so you don't have to worry about buying water. The rooms are not that specious for a people of 4, especially additinal beds provided. It's not good. It creaks a lot. The shower has a good water flow and hot. All other accessories like iron, hair dryer, everything was handy. The room was maintained every day, and the new towels are kept, which is great. One good thing about this hotel is the buffet, They have a huge buffet, pre made crepes, and waffles fresh to make eggs in addition to plenty of buffet options. We enjoyed the buffet doing our stay here. It's probably the best buffet we had in all other novotel. The air condition in the room sucks. It's not a great value for the money, but for the location, you get the benefit.
