We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNo one at the airport could tell us where the hotel was located and we could not find the shuttle. The hotel is quite a ways from the airport and it cost euro 20 just to get from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was quick and on-time.

I liked the breakfast and lounging area. I was grateful you could hold my suitcases while I travelled. It was a great location near the airport but it was very hard to find without accommodating airport staff.

I could not find non-emergency stairs as an alternative to the lift and was not comfortable asking the front desk staff after being treated somewhat rudely regarding my request for location of the unit. The bar was completely understaffed: one person to work the entire bar area.
Well laid out room with plugs and mirrors outside the bathroom. Separate toilet room, which was not clear from the description. No plane noise heard.

Really nice bathroom/rainfall shower. Bed A-OK. Quiet, were completely unaware of planes taking off/landing. Very convenient to Terminal 3.

Great location for an overnight before early flight or late arrival. Right at train station to Paris. Good facilities. Pleased to see crockery mugs provided for use with kettle and tea-making. Previous visit was supplied with paper cups which did not hold hot water well.

MalaysiaThere was often not someone at reception. I happen to be standing outside the lobby as a family of four arrived. The father was looking for some kind of assistance with his bags. There was no dolly available, and there was no one in the lobby for him to even ask. I ended up helping him bring his bags from his car into the hotel. Don't ask me about the restaurant. But I'm not gonna rate them as I imagined they are not part of the business and our separate entity. I've never stayed at an airport hotel, but I've heard rumors that they are always a bit substandard. Now I get it.

Best location if you ate staying only a couple of days. Aiccess to airport is 10 min. Away, trains and other transportation to the city is about 50 minutes.
