We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe price, but I understand that you are paying for the convenience of the location. Also, I don't understand why it is so hard to find a hotel room with 2 double beds.
We chose this hotel because we had an early flight in the morning and wanted to be close to the airport. This hotel was very good for that with the airport shuttle train very close by, right below, didn't even have to go outside.

AustraliaParis period is expensive. We hadn't been planning a layover in Paris, so coming from and to places with more affordable accommodation it felt very expensive, but in reality, it was probably decent for Paris
It was great for a long layover. We just needed to get a convenient spot to get as much sleep as possible. It provided that. Otherwise nothing special. It's all about ease of access as its located in one of the terminals

AustraliaThe hotel ammenities are limited, Dinner Restaurant doesn't open till 18:45, with only a tuck shop availbe for Chocolate and Crisps. Bar was closed till 16:00 so had to wait to get a drink. We had been travelling all day so we ordered Uber Eats. However there are other hotels close by that offer more options for food and drink. e.g. IBIS Hotel

Nobody ever showed up. Fortunately, it cooled off, but staff response was like or no response. Other than that, it was a nice hotel

Excellent location, right there at terminal 1. Did not need to go out of the airport to access hotel. Train station was right in front of hotel. Beds were comfy. Buffet breakfast was amazing, only 19 Euro per adult and kids were free plus it was a great range of foods.

United StatesThe kitchen closes pretty early considering all of the rest of France still serves food till almost midnight or at least 11:00. And to self-service area food was interesting and not something that I would actually get from a quick section. Probably would have preferred more like a sandwich or something versus duck with mashed potatoes or curry but that's 100% personal preference.
We left home close it was to the airport because it was right there which helped for us getting out going home. We loved that we had air conditioner which is 100% a plus at 94 to 97° f. Slept pretty well and the drinks at the bar were great. And the stuff here or absolutely amazing very sweet very kind and I enjoyed their presence immensely. If I had a restaurant or hotel in France I would definitely poach them. The breakfast was good except I'm terrible at making the European style egg. I undercooked it and that's saying something.
