We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyCar park slots are little small to make move but ok. TV is very big and nice but only French cable channels. I was expecting Netflix and YouTube too from such a smart TV. We could only connected to our phones for playing music not screen sharing.
Ceiling was high which ia very refreshing Internet was very fast Room and bath was super clean. Breakfast and dinner available Location was very central. Many attractions are just few minutes walk away. Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful.. We were 4 and in the rooms 107 and 108. I liked the door connecting the rooms inside. Isolation of window was very strong so we did not hear nothing from outside although it is quite energetic place. Accepting dogs.🐶 Breakfast was good, especially liked the brewed tea (Brand Kusmi which I saw the shop in the city too)

GreeceWifi practically cannot be used because of weak signal. There is room for improvement in the cleanless of the room. They didn't change my bed sheets after a week only after I told them. The parking facility is very useful but needs attention entering and exiting because it's narrow.

SwedenIt was not very clear how one can get into the garage parking. The room was good, but the bathroom was very small and uneasy to get inside, as you need to walk around the door to get in and to be able to close it. The breakfast choices had a lot of sweet and meat options, so some cheese and other savory options can be beneficial in the future.
Great location, close to the train station and main sightseeing locations. The hotel team is very helpful and friendly, they helped with daily questions and some adjustments that needed during my stay.

FranceThe parking at the hotel is located in an underground garage next to the hotel, for which you have to go through a controlled bollard system. However, pre-warning of the procedure would have helped although it did not prevent us getting to the hotel.
The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing the historic part of Orleans. for those wishing to shop, all the main retailers have shops, modern and with the latest fashions. Breakfast was excellent, the variety of food on offer was very good.

United KingdomThe swimming pool wasn't open during our stay, which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.
The hotel is just a short 5 minute walk from the train station. We had booked an executive room and we weren't disappointed. The room was large and comfortable, and we also benefitted from a large private roof terrace, which was lovely to relax on after a day sightseeing. The hotel also stocks the minibar with complimentary beer and soft drinks, which was a nice touch. It is within walking distance of all the attractions.
