Sadly during our stay we were placed in a room where we had to navigate across workmen and dust sheets. Not the most pleasant of experiences when you have a small child in tow. Sadly as well we were placed in a dated room that looked nothing like the newly refurbished room pictures online. A case of mis-selling perhaps? Not to mention the booking issues we had as previously described in the section above...

We picked this hotel as it was close to a tesla Supercharger and we were enroute to Switzerland. We've previously stays at the novotel chain and generally had good experiences. Unfortunately in this instance we had incorrectly booked the wrong date with booking.com, but within a minute of finding out that we had booked the wrong date it was impossible to change the date. In the end I made a second booking with the aim of speaking to the hotel about the possibility of a refund or change of date. Sadly this was not possible so very unhappy about this...

Meals and drinks are so expensive. Most expensive meal of the whole holiday!

Easy to get to from motorway and good stop off to get to Lake Garda. Nice to have the little swimming pool. Clean rooms. Good breakfast selection.

Even with big opening windows & a fan the room was still hot. Would have been ok if we weren’t in a heatwave.

Unfortunately there was no airconditioning and with temperatures near 38 celcius the room was too warm.

The hotel was much as was expected. Breakfast was very good, beds were comfortable.

The centralized air-conditioning is not really comfortable when it can be so HOT in the rooms, especially at night when it's normally time to sleep. The e-fan didn't help much if it's 25°C in the room.

It was little difficult to find the reception😊but the staff showed us fast the right place. Breakfast was good nothing to complain about. The swordfish was to soft and i’m used to have it more like meet. But the taste was good.

We had a late check in which we gave prior notice of and after a very long journey asked if we could get a drink from the bar but was told the bar was closed. There were 3 members of staff in the bar area plus the person checking us in so very disappointed especially as there was only water in the fridge for coffee or black tea. The room specified a mini bar but it was empty and no milk or creamers.

Our daughter loved the children’s playing area in the lobby. The parking is locked at night by a gate. There’s a water fountain in the lobby providing cool and/or sparkling water.

1) The duvet for the sofa is very thin and small....unfortunately not even in the sheets. First, sheets .... then a blanket. I called an employee, he informed that there was no other option ... be patient! 2) At breakfast for 18 euros per person, no vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes and...). 3) Not enough space in the restaurant for the number of people in the hotel. 4) The toilet and shower are separate, but there is no toilet brush and battery in the toilet! Finally: I give it three stars, not four. Unfortunately, not more! I will not want to pay 150 Euros with breakfast.

We have been using this hotel for several years while driving to Switzerland for skiing holidays. Location very convenient, breakfast good. Restaurant ok. You are not using this hotel for a romantic get away, just good for its purpose when traveling from one location to the next.

The breakfast is not very varied, but sufficient.

Good hotel with clean and quiet family rooms. Location is perfect for travelling through Mulhouse to the airport or to another counties, because highway is reachable very fast. Safe and closed parking place for free. The ventilation in the rooms works great. TV is big and modern.
