We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly improvements I could suggest is sound proofing the walls connected to the corridors, I'm a light sleeper and the footsteps of other guests walking outside my door disturbed me a few times. Also, we did choose the breakfast option, though there was not the widest selection for vegetarians, but this wasn't a huge issue, really only needed a coffee and croissant then head out into town for a good brunch.
Staff were all so lovely and welcoming, gave some really useful recommendations of places to visit and held our luggage at the hotel after checkout as our flight was later in the evening, meaning we could have a final stroll through Nice. Room was so beautiful and clean and location was excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the Nice Ville train station. Overall a lovely hotel would definitely stay again if I visit Nice in the future!!

United StatesWe stayed in room 205 and the guests in the room next to us kept smoking. The strong smell of their cigarettes would often flood out into the hallway near our door and would sometimes even come into our room if we did not have the air on.
The location was convenient to the train station and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will be returning again next year.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Nice Ville and provides easy access to trains for the coast and towards the Italian border. The rooms are spacious and stylish, and the smart TV is a plus. The staff is welcoming and professional. Great experience.

United StatesRoom was a bit warm so we had to have the windows open and that caused street noise within the room. Was much quieter with the windows open. It would be great if there were some wall hooks to hang your coats and day bags.
Room was spacious and bath and rainfall shower was soothing after long days of walking. There was always hot water. Yann was especially helpful in recommendations and making sure we were having a great time.

SpainI would say there's a general lack of space in the area, and even the hotel seems pretty "narrow", but that doesn't reflect in the size of the rooms, or in the quality of the stay. And while it's good to be close to the train station (if you plan to go out of Nice), the neighbourhood itself isn't the greatest (as in any city really).
We overall enjoyed the stay, as the room we had was very pleasant, clean and spacious, with a nice modern bathroom, good quality toiletries and a comfortable bed. The temperature was nice and constant inside the room, and we could rest well. The staff was really nice, informative and quick to hand out whatever we needed or missed. We also enjoyed a nice quick breakfast the first day, and were gifted a few croissants on the morning of our departure as a nice goodbye gesture. It feel like even if the hotel building itself is a bit older, they but a lot of thought in improving comfort through the rooms and service.
