We were there for 5 nights and only got one large towel each. Not enough so had to ask for another one each and wre charged 5 euros also there was only 1 1/2 rolls toilet paper - embarssing having to ask for more and then only given one!

Good location nice walk through eco park to promenade. close to squares and restaurants etc. Good to have small kitchenette for lunch snacks Very nice breakfast, enjoyed fruit salad - pity it was only one day

The bathroom was tiny and the toilet flush didn't work. Sometimes it flushed, sometimes it didn't so if it was going to be a no. 2, it was safer for everyone to use the toilet down at reception, not ideal! The Saturday morning the breakfast staff were excellent and everything was replenished. Sunday morning it was a different staff member busy on his phone in the small kitchen. Every table was covered in leftover breakfasts waiting to be cleaned, we had to clear a table for ourselves. Food items were left empty including juices, fruits and breads although a full tray of croissants were beside him in the kitchen. More attention needed here.

Great location within walking distance of the old town, restaurants and shops. Staff were lovely and check in/out process was efficient. The room was basic. Had an issue with no hairdryer in the room and it was resolved quickly. Good selection of food at breakfast Saturday morning.

Would have liked a few sun loungers / parasols around the pool....There was no shade at all so didn't use the pool area.

I had booked a twin room but were given a double room and when we asked at reception they were very negative bordering rude. They did begrudgingly give us a twin room.

Bathroom in need of renovation as very worn. Also the water temp didn't stay hot for 2 people showering one after the other.

The accommodation was in a great area of Nice and handy for the tram. Found the kitchenette very convenient for our stay and staff were friendly and helpful.

We asked for a double and got a twin, wasn’t promised a double so I guess we just got whatever they had. Wasn’t the end of the world!!

This was in a good location, didn’t ever have to walk too far. The beds were comfortable and good enough facilities for everything we needed. It had a Car park for €16 per night which was good as it seemed hard to park anywhere else. Was happy with my stay!

Would have been nice to have basic housekeeping provided in the price (garbage removal, fresh towels, etc.), as well as coffee/tea etc in the room (like a regular hotel).

Our safe kept having errors. Finally got fixed with new batteries but meant we couldn’t use it. The shower doors didn’t seal so the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower.

The microwave and kettle shared a plug socket, which was up above pur heads on a shelf. This was difficult, particularly with the kettle. There was demolition work directly outside which we weren't aware of before arrival. This didn't affect us once inside but was very noisy outside. The sofa bed mattress was quite firm, so not very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and we had everything we needed. The living area, bathroom and bedroom were a great size for us.

It was quite old and it showed, most of the workers were uninviting and not very helpful. The shower went cold very quickly and if someone used it before you you won't be able to use it for the rest of the day because it will be cold. You have to empty your bin and leave it behind reception, there's also no cleaning you have to pay extra for that.

Room was on the colder side and didn't feel particularly cosy, a fresh paint and maybe some other decorations could make it more welcoming. Mattress felt worn out.

Great location, staff very lovely, paid parking on the spot. Price for the location is good.

Shower head kept slipping down so constantly having to push it up throughout using. Sewage and full smell from drain in the afternoon that even toilet freshener didn't help. Hot water kept going off each day in the afternoon and took an hour to heat up which was a problem if you had plans to go out and couldn't wait for the water to heat up.

Great location, well equipped, comfortable. I come to Nice several times a year and need a place to work and cook my own food. I've tried a few other places that offer kitchenette, free WiFi and good location, but I keep coming back to Adagio Access as it's the best for the price.

Construction works on the roads, this couldn't be helped though. Property is just dated and in need of an upgrade/sprouse up.
