It’s not how on the picture. The main road was closed to get in the parking. The room where we stayed was very close to an other room and you could hear all the noise what the neighbours did. No water pressure in the shower. Bathroom needs a refurbish.

It was close to the beach, and the architecture. Fast check-in/check out. Clean room.

No fridge in the room. You had to stand in line to get your buffet dinner. Small portions and slim options.

Point is that my NPS would be around 6 or 7. Why : Mainly because I felt really like I didn't belong to the place. I don't care if they are foreigners at the hotel, I really don't. But I care that the whole personnel in contact with me speaks the country's language, for me and my kids. Otherwise what is the point of bringing people from all around the world for your staff if it's not to learn French? Moreover their carbon footprint is ridiculous rather than having locals. Although, I'd appreciate that the habits of the hotel are more in line with the Mediterranean way of life : - a pool closing at sunset - more tapas or "apéro" at the pool - a cleaning personnel schedule not so early starting The room comfort was ok but the AC was so noisy. Basically I understand that you're more a club for Scandinavian people, fair enough. Though, when you open the bookings to other customers, you must deliver them something different as they are, indeed, different.

The overall impression is good and I cannot say that the hotel is anyhow really bad.

There were not enough sun loungers by the pool and guests got up early to ‘save’ loungers with towels which was frustrating. Although we had booked a superior room we were initially given a room in the rear block overlooking the road which was dark and unwelcoming. We moved to a room in the main block after 2 days which was much better. There were often periods when it was difficult to find any staff as the reception was not always maned.

Location and public areas were excellent. Easy parking. The rooms we were given finally were very good but we had to request a move from the original room allocated which was very poor.

Nice hotel, good stuff and service! Located in the city centre a lot of cafe restaurants shops, public beach, good parking. Nice breakfast, a lot at games and good lobby bar. Gladly will come again

WiFi is very bad. Sometimes it's not even working. Staff does not speak french. You end up speaking in english. Room is behind the main building (like most rooms) in a normal building that does not resemble what you see on the pictures of the front. It is a family hotel with a nice front.

Had booked a doublel bed and got a twin... Didn't realise at first then was too late there were no free rooms to swap with. Shower over bath ( had to hold shower head)

Liked everything

This was amazing accommodation . One of the highlights of our trip . We were spoilt with the Suite with Terrace & Seaview . It was amazing .. with the huge terrace sweeping from the front with a beautiful view of the beach to continue a long way around to the side . It was beautifully presented in classy ole world style . Staff were very helpful . Opposite beach . Luxury foyer . My friend who lives locally recommended this . Fabulous recommendation .

Tired, little or no amenities, it was over 30 degrees during our stay and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in our room let alone a fridge. The bathroom had a shower attachment in the bath but nothing to hang it from over head so you had to sit in the bath to shower. They wanted to charge €2 each for a pool towel which seems unreasonable for a hotel that charges over €600 for 3 nights. Finding a bed by the pool was also impossible.

The location was excellent in the centre of a lovely town with excellent restaurants and a stunning beach no more than 5 mins away,

The owner was very kind, the Apt was not cleaned since the booking reservation came late, but she let us in anyway. it was clean anyway, only garbage and no new towells. Obviously 🙂. But fantastic.

Everything: - location is the best you can get in Ile Rousse. - the room (suite with terrace and sea view) is absolutely amazing - the bed is super comfy - staff very professional and kind - swimming pool very nice - good food at pool bar - nice cocktail at the bar in Reception

Room was very loud. You would wake up early of the noises from the garbagetruck. Also noise from the other rooms and hall was very loud.
