We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Muse was excellent 5 star! Huge rooms!! The shower was my favorite!! The vibe cool. The staff was great and very nice. Cool Shuttle to take you everywhere.

This property is simply beautiful. Everything from the grounds to the pool to the rooms themselves is perfectly designed for comfort, privacy, and style. If I ever become a billionaire celebrity, this is where I will hide out from the paparazzi for months on end. However, the staff is what truly makes this place shine. So friendly & attentive, they knew us by name and anticipated our every need. No request was too much. They booked us last minute restaurant reservations in high season, drove us around town, and delivered breakfast to our door with a smile. World class service!

The pool is beautiful and never too many people there as it’s such a small hotel. The staff are all amazing, so helpful and friendly and you can ask them for anything. The transport was great too, we never had to wait long for a lift to Saint Tropez and the girl that brought us each time was so lovely.

Beautiful and very serene boutique hotel. every staff member from the cleaning crew to the ladies at the pool genuinely care about guests’ wellbeing, that’s because of the general manager Karim who impressed up with his competence, level of professionalism and well mannerisms. Everything during our stay went smooth. Hotel offers free shuttle service to the beach clubs and to the Main Street Highly recommend!

Czech RepublicAt a 5 star hotel I would expect to have all inclusive breakfast (we paid to have a breakfast included) which is not at Muse. For eggs, porrage etc. we were charged extra. Also, the afternoon cake/tea/coffee by the pool could have been also inclusive. When it was offered to us I didn’t know we will be charged for it. It left a bit of bitter taste after such a wonderful stay.
The warm welcome from the reception staff (with cold hand towels) as well as the porter. Everyone was extra nice, food was delicious, the pool area/restaurant is very chic and beautiful. We had a suite with small private pool and garden which was perfect. The room and especially the bathroom size was great. We borrowed an electric bike and it took us few minutes to the port. The hotel also offers free shuttle to the town center/port which was great especially when going for a dinner or to the beach club.

United KingdomThe only issue is the noise of the hotel room corridor. As all floors are marble the sound travels loudly to the bed area.
