Breakfast was good but a challenge- fruit juice , ham , milk located in refrigerators need to lable them - doors are very hard to open . Car park is tricky to find even with sat nav maybe use what3words app to locate entrance

Very centrally located hotel with easy access to the main attractions of the city. The room was spacious and with good, comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and expeditious.

The building is older and so are the room furnishings. The hallways were a bit smelly (cigarette smell). Nevertheless everything was clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

Nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The eclectic décor added charm and nicely offset the building's age. Public parking (Marechaux) was very convenient, and access to the hotel from the garage was well marked, with clear instructions provided by the staff prior to our arrival.

Very cold at night. When we asked for a heater, the response was that they are on summer program... we had an Air-purifier in the hotel room with hot program but it didn't work The cleaning lady managed to enter our room without knocking 3 consecutive times in the last day of stay... No vegetables at breakfast

We were disappointed with breakfast. The food is located in various parts of the breakfast area. Nobody explained the layout - we tried to figure it out but sadly had to keep asking for things. We were also very disappointed with the breads and croissants on offer - very poor quality. And as I read in a previous comment the server with the headphones is still wearing his headphones. Bizarre.

Hotel is right in the centre of the city close to everything. The reception staff are polite and friendly. They were particularly helpful when my husband lost his wedding ring in our room. They found it after we left and arranged for it to be sent to us. The hotel is quirky and fun. The bed was super comfortable - best we had on our trip around the Alsace. The bathroom is a little outdated but is clean and serves its purpose. The air conditioning was ok - it could have been better but considering it was about 33 degrees outside we were very glad to have it. We also appreciated the blackout blinds which helped keep the heat out and for us to have a great sleep.

Large room for 4, perfectly clean. Breakfast was very rich and served in a pleasant room, with the possibility to eat on a nice terrace. Located 30 seconds from the beautiful central square of Mulhouse. Thee access to the hotel from the underground parking could be better indicated, but it's a minor thing.

I didn't like the fact that the guy who cleaned up the breakfast had ear plugs on. Either you do your work, or you listen to music...

Best location in Mulhouse, only several steps away from the main square. Very nice and helpful staff. Original interior, with lots of funny posters and paintings. Good breakfast with a variety of teas.
