The walls are a bit too thin. Rates- Felt a bit overpriced. However, it could have been because I was visiting the city at a very busy time ( French Open, D-Day anniversary Celebrations)

The way how the bath and shower were "closed" really do a mess with water over the floor, maybe leaving more floor towels could help ;)

There was a bad smell in the bathroom. I think it's probably the smell from the detergent, but even if I opened the window to ventilate the room, the smell didn't go away easily, and the smell even transferred to the towels.

It's right next to the metro station, making it very convenient to go to the Opera Garnier and the Louvre Museum. The last time I stayed at this hotel, the room was on the second floor and faced the road, so it was noisy, but this time I stayed in a room on the fifth floor, so the outside noise didn't bother me. (You can hear noise from the next room and hallway, but it's within acceptable range)

The hotel's public rooms and stairwells have seen better days. The elevator is small and not terribly comfortable for more than one traveler. The price (maybe not so high for Paris) seems high given this relative dinginess.

The room was spacious for a center city, single room in a historic heart of Paris. The location was well connected to public transit and footsteps away from the Louvre and easy walking distance to many sites. The room was kept tidy by daily housekeeping.

The room had two large windows but they were facing a small enclosed space where the cooling/heating system was located.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room size was ok, the breakfast was good as well. By far the best plus, after the friendly staff, is that the location is very close to Louvre and transport stations.

It is hard to get to by subway, it ended up being a 20 minute walk for us from the nearest station following our directions on the app we used. Sadly, guests have no control over the room temperature, a very bad thing IMO. This is a picky item; being almost 2 meters tall, the glass 'cover' for the shower did not work. the bathroom floor was soaked when I finished.

We booked this hotel because it was so close to the Louver. It was the best room we stayed in on our trip. The property is less than half a kilometer from the Louvre, a very, very easy walk. The room we stayed in was huge compared to the other properties we used. with plenty of room between beds, a very nice closet, a usable desk, and a very nice bathroom, the bathtub is huge! The property is an older property, but it is very well taken care of. It has a neat, tiny lift/elevator, big enough for one person and suitcase or two people, a very nice touch. Our one breakfast there was great, with lots of good tasting and healthy choices. Due to events in the city we need a taxi to get us to our transportation out of the city, and the staff did excellent work for us, getting a cab on site within 3 minutes of our request. The very friendly staff was personable, met our needs, and always worked to make our stay as good as possible. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this property. It might be out of the way for some, but if you want a nice place to stay near the Louver, this is it.

This hotel has the most friendly and accommodating staff. The beds were very comfortable and the location is ideal for visiting Paris. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked into the hotel. I forgot to return the universal plug adapter when we left. 🥺 I am happy to mail it back if requested. Great hotel!

Bed was too firm, took me a long time to get to sleep both nights as there was no give in the mattress. You have to give the key to reception each time you leave the hotel (which is annoying but I understand) but I was surprised that they didn't check your name when you ask for the key back.

Location was great, few mins walk from the Louvre. Clean room. Good breakfast.

The main thing: it was not possible to leave the baggage for a while after checkout, so I had to find a baggage storage and bring my baggage there. The price is too high for such 2-star hotel.

The staff was friendly, helpful. Great location close to Louvre. Some things, which were not in order, were quickly repaired or substituted.
