Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesToday we asked the receptionist to call a cab. The person who showed up was not a regular cab, and OVER CHARGED us for a trip to CDG. Because it wasn’t a regular cab there was no meter, and we were charged 75 euro which is way too much!!
The property is very convenient, and it is very clean. The included breakfast is tasty and the staff pleasant.

The rooms are comfortable, and quite compact, so large suitcases might be a problem. We like to stay on a higher floor, away from the street noise!

I was satisfied with the hotel. The location is good, very close to a metro station so it`s easy to go around Paris and also it`s a walking distance from the hotel to the Arc De Triomphe. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, one of them gave me a very good suggestion about how to get to Versailles so I got there easily with the RER C.

SwitzerlandSoundproofing is deficient. Schedule of the cleaning ladies should be revised and moved to off-peak hours. Vacuum cleaner noise at 8/9 am when you are on vacation can be unpleasant.
You get what you pay for. Great location, clean, tidy, no frills that drive up the price, and decent attention to detail in the rooms. Regularly placed at a lower price than other Paris hotels for the same amenities. Considering the average Paris hotel, it is an excellent bargain in value for money.

Fatima in the breakfast room provides exceptional service and makes sure every guest need is met. Ahmed and Sofian were so guest service-focused, along with the other front desk associates. I was very impressed by the level of excellence demonstrated with each interaction. I will definitely return to this hotel for my next trip! The staff is professional, genuinely cares about guest comfort, and handles each tourist question with the utmost grace.

MaltaAs expected, the room was super small. Even though everything was provided for, it's not a room made to spend a lot of time in it... We had quite a packed itinierary, so it wasn't an issue for us.
The hotel was very well connected. The metro and the bus are only a couple of metres away. It was also very clean, with daily fresh towels and bed made everyday.

RussiaGood afternoon. I like small Parisian hotels, cozy, quiet, with interesting design, atmospheric - this one is exactly like that. Beautiful room, stylish - the walls are covered with fabric. The room fully corresponded to the one presented on the website. The room has a kettle, tea, refrigerator. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, the blanket is thick, warm for the season. Heating in the room through the air conditioning system was comfortable. The staff is friendly, friendly, pleasant to talk to. The room is cleaned every day-everything is clean.The location is good, metro line 2 Courcelles station 2min walk. There is a nice French restaurant in the next house, and a Japanese restaurant in the house next to the hotel. There is a grocery store across the street. Monceau Park is 5 minutes away. I was very pleased with the hotel. Thanks
