Location wise, it was far from the center and public transportation. You can walk to the tram in 10 minutes but since you walk across a highway and under a bridge, it's a bit skittish in the night

They need a solution for parking better than suggesting their guests to park at the mall nearby.

Only thing missing from the room was an area to make tea/coffee. Ironing room on the 3rd floor which was great but the iron is chained and restricts actually being able to use it/ also no water in the iron - just something very little! Parking - just to note it is very expensive to park in Lyon, something we hadn’t checked and we were there for 4 days with our car. We managed to find some free parking on some land but were advised by hotel staff that it’s safer to park in the secure parking nearby.

Very welcoming hotel with a great restaurant on the ground floor. Extremely comfortable bed! Clean room. Bus stop 2 minute walk away into town or short 15-20 min walk to tram/train.

Very basic breakfast, we believe there are better breakfast options in the shopping center next to the hotel. Although the hotel description suggests a free parking option, the receptionist advised us parking our car overnight in the shopping center garage due to hotel's proximity to two nights clubs. So, be ready to add the extra parking cost.

Proximity to the Confluence shopping center and transportation (tram), relatively close to major places of interest (30+ min walking). The size of the room was great but no TV in the room.

The bedroom was a bit dusty but apart from that the hotel was great

Mob hotel is situated conveniently near to the Musee des Confluences and a stones throw away from the banks of the Saône river, which on a sunny day is a great place for a walk or a bike ride. Takes about 20 minutes to and from the main station. Breakfast and dinners were great and the staff were very friendly. The bedroom was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is far away from the city center and is difficult to locate if one is not familiar with the area. The rooms are right next to train lines. Therefore you will occasionally hear the trains. The room setup is a bit weird (shower, toilet, desk). Also one of the towels was dirty.

The Hotel as well as the rooms modern and cosy. The staff is friendly and competent. The rooms are rather small but the have a balcony.

One of us had to sleep on a mattress that lay on the floor and woke up with a very stiff back. The sliding doors near the balcony couldn't close properly. The toilet door was somewhat see-through.

The breakfast was extremely good. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. I liked the style of the hotel. The food prices were very good.

- When refreshing the sheets daily they don't pick up litter/thrash (other then the small garbage bin) - there was just one really small garbage bin under the sink - just 1 stair on the balcony for a 2p room

- 24h reception - nice room; all together good vibe in the hotel

The bathroom has no privacy - it’s frosted glass and the doors do not separate bathroom activities from the main bedroom… it’s a bit uncomfortable!

The mattress on the floor for our daughter. This was a lurker bit of a downer and would’ve a reason not to return the three of us. Maybe they have better family rooms and we only were unlucky and for 1 night I did not bother to ask.
