The staff was fabulous and did everything to correct a little hurdle we had. The food in general was good with a very pleasant breakfast. We did not book early enough for treatments at the spa but it looked amazing. I enjoyed the pool for a morning swim.

The room was very clean and original. The bed is wonderfull. The Staff is great. The breakfast is very good. The pool and wellness area very nice, overall a very good hotel and I will come back again.

Free space of the wellness wasn’t super quiet and was quite cold (door left open). Nobody of the staff around in that area.

Very friendly staff & always happy to help. Good restaurant with nice wine card. Room was spacieuse and modern including à balcony with a beautiful view.

Fantastic location with Atlantic on one side and Golfe du Morbihan on the other. Able to use it as a base for dingy sailing from adjacent marina. Team, bar service and food were both excellent.

I felt that some of the staff (not all) were not very friendly or helpful for a five star hotel. It would also have been nice if the spa pool and main pool opened early in the morning like the gym so that guests could swim before breakfast.

While it might be difficult to recruit experienced staff, some of the staff would need a bit more training in terms of "customer management", a couple of them were even pretty rude. More senior staff members were very nice and professional, one even intervened to tell a younger one off, explaining that this was not the way to talk to customers.

Many spa staff do not speak English, so it is very difficult to explain or understand what the therapist is explaining to you. The Thalasso pool at the SPA on the ground floor was overcrowded. Value for money for the SPA treatments is not so good, except for the facial.

There is only one option for breakfast at 25 eur person so quite expensive if you just want coffee and toast. There is only one restaurant for lunch and dinner and again expensive. Overall the food budget was far more expensive than any other Spa we have stayed at. The only other disappointment was that there is a lovely bar but no healthy smoothies or detox options

The hotel is very clean, modern, quiet. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff, very fast room service. We were very happy to spend a full week at this hotel and enjoyed the many Spa treatments available.

Spa facilities could have been better.

La Cigale Hotel and Spa is a uniquely designed hotel. It is a cruise ship on land. It is very new and modern. The staff is wonderful and careful to make certain all is taken care of perfectly. The Ar'zon area is wonderful especially if you are into sailing or water sports. The hotel restaurants are also very good.

the air-conditioning was not strong enough to cope with the very hot weather at the time of our stay. It was very warm in our room. We were disappointed that our room price did not give us access to the other pool and jacuzzi area downstairs.

This hotel does not live up to a 5 stars hotel experience and standards. No welcoming staff, a single concierge acting as doorman, butler, valet when available and during day time only. You basically have to park your car yourself and carry your luggage when the concierge is not available. For breakfast, buffet only. If you wish to iron a shirt, there is no iron nor ironing board available in the hotel. Dry cleaning service only. I have had better customer care and experience in 4 stars hotels. This is not acceptable.

Really poor value for money. Dinner in the restaurant was not enjoyable, little ambiance and the food just wasn't up to standard. We had duck, which we requested to be well cooked, but it was over done and tough. The accompaniments were tasteless. Breakfast was equally poor, a small buffet selection and tasteless fruit salad that I couldn't finish. The breakfast room had no access to outside so was stuffy and crowded. The staff however were very helpful.
