Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumBreakfast was average - needs more FRESH fruit and vegetables. Many families stay here but most of the buffet is sugar, fat or carbohydrates. I also asked at check-in if breakfast was included in our rate and the staff said yes. At check-out, I was told the opposite! In the end, the staff offered to make breakfast complimentary for us, and I'm very grateful for that. The breakfast was ok but not of a standard I would have gladly paid for

United KingdomThe car park was a bit confusing from where we left the car to as where we needed to get into the hotel also the air-conditioning could’ve been a lot more cooler in the room.
The room was very comfortable for our one night stay we had an upgrade to a king size bed. It was great location to the main city when wanting to go and visit local restaurants and bars. The swimming pool was really easy to access and was a good size pool, great location, a really good sunspot and bar area. The room had a really good bathroom with a large shower. The hotel had a really good and well designed lobby area which had spaces for children adults and for playing pool.. the car park was accessible from a lift.

FranceThe coffee that is offered in the room is not good. It could be replaced with something tastier.
The location is great with many restaurants around. The room was very clean and cleaned everyday with bee towels. I slept very well because there wasn’t any noise and the bed is comfortable. The terrasse is a nice place to relax next to the pool or have a drink with nice music. The lobby is nicely decorated and the welcoming is pleasant.

Spainthere was an issue with the parking, so we lost some time, but the lady at the reception was very helpful, so we solved this. appreciated her willingness to help.
this hotel is very kids friendly: there is a little lounge for kids next to the restaurant downstairs, and we had a castle bed in the room. The location is very centric. breakfast was reasonable, but they also had some pencils and paper to paint for kids, little details matter. the beds are comfy with nice pillows. clean. happy with our stay!

PolandThe hotel itself looks worse in reality than in the pictures. Seems like the facilities are not being maintained correctly because they give the impression of being older than they really are. The breakfast was good, with some tasty local products. More vegetables or salads would be appreciated. The problem though is that the plates were dirty, it was really hard to find a clean one. As other people already said, the bathroom is really small and was not very clean either. I would give it 3 stars max. The parking recommended by the hotel is indeed very close but doesn’t give a good impression. The door next to the elevator was full of vomits.
The location is awesome, right in the city center.
