A well-placed hotel with helpful staff and comfortable rooms.

"open-plan" bar did not seem appealing.

Garage parking on the premises (albeit cramped). A few minutes walk to cathedral and town centre.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located for walking around town. Just don't try arriving by car.

Received absolutely unfathomable directions to the hotel parking, resulting in me having to phone the front desk, who then rather brusquely told me that the hotel parking was full anyway (although I'd requested parking in my booking), so I ended up taking some nearby parking garage (more expensive and a bit of a walking distance away). And upon checking in I was berated for not having booked via the Accor website, which apparently would have given me better rates.

Nice enough hotel. Conveniently located for strolls around the town.

Had requested parking and was sent a code. What Booking as well as the hotel failed to inform was that the code is to let down the bollard that is in the middle of the road that you need to go down to access the parking. Having never been to Rouen we didn’t know that there are a lot of these bollards that don’t allow you to drive down that road without a code. We therefore had to park elsewhere.

Very well situated. Easy walk to everything.

Before arrival we did not get information how to drive to the hotel, several road had been blocked, when I walked to hotel and asked the way on how to drive in the car, the reception did not offer the proper help, the small street was blocked, the pin number did not work, it was another guest kindly helped us to drove out of town for 5 more kil. and drove in. We spent one hour tried to reach the hotel. The male staff at the reception told us the price I booked does not include the breakfast, fortunately booking.com has recorded my booking information, the breakfast was included the price. The price of parking in booking .come was 17 Euro, but when we checked out, the reception asked us to pay for 18 Euro, one euro was small , but we could not know which information was correct.

The location of the hotel is good, in the center of the town, it was easy to go most of the attractions.

You need to get an access card to the toilets at reception level from the reception staff. Weird and awkward. Reception staff could be more knowledgeable about opening hours of main attractions, mass times, basic info regarding the surrounding attractions.

Perfect location. Nice decor. Underground carpark- although getting in and out wasn’t very smooth.

Car parking in the city is difficult, Didn't attempt the Hotel carpark which admitted to being 'narrow' instead elected for the largest city carpark Q Park Palais de Justice which was so tight that in my SUV I had difficulty making turns. Fellow 'parkers 'were very tolerant and patient.

Suite, good breakfast selection, very helpful staff. Fabulously central location in the historic quarter of the city and an easy walk to the principle attractions. we are brisk walkers but walked much of the area in 6 hours..

    nothing much

the hotel is located in the center of old town, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking is also a plus but the parking entrance is hard to find and the parking spots are very tight.

I hate not being able to open a window and have fresh air. I cannot sleep with the noise of air con. I was stunned that the hotel was touting its green credentials with no one use plastic ( which I was happy with and applaud) and yet the rooms had paper cups for tea and coffee. You are a 4 star hotel for goodness sake! Paper cups are tacky and wasteful .

The location was excellent and the staff, particularly those on reception were very friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel mainly because it has parking, but we ended up not parking there because it was too small. However, there are bigger parking garages close by, so this wasn’t a problem.

Parking was available, but only for very small cars. Fortunately, we could turn in our rental car a day early, because we could not fit it in the hotel's parking structure.

The location was spectacular, and that was the most important thing to us. Perfect for seeing the cathedral and the Gros-Horologe. The hotel itself was also nice, with very helpful, friendly staff.
