- Room wasn’t ready upon check-in, hence we decided to head out and only managed to check-in at 1am Other than that, everything else was perfect.

- Great location with wonderful Eiffel Tower view - Close to metro, restaurants, cafe, souvenir shops - Staff was helpful when we arrive and helped with our luggages

There was mould in the shower and after day one the toilet was not working properly and last day, day 2 the toilet stopped working altogether.

The proximity to all the places we were looking to go too, it could not be beaten.

No bar food or restaurant at the hotel. The bedroom could have been just a little bigger

I specifically chose this hotel for it's location and air conditioning. However, there was NO air conditioning. They refused to turn it on because they said the temperature outside had not gotten hot enough yet. (We visited in May). It may have been 68-75 degrees Fahrenheit outside, but inside our room on the 9th floor it was over 80! What's worse is that our windows didn't open so we couldn't even let in a breeze to cool the room down. I had to call the reception desk multiple times regarding the temperature in our room. They apologized and said our room (912) was one of a section of rooms that didn't have windows that opened. They ended up giving us two extra fans so we had 3 total to cool the room down. However, it really just felt like warm air being blown around. We also had a pull-out sofa bed in our room for our daughter. I had to call down twice more to have extra bedding and towels brought up even though this was specified on our booking. They eventually changed us to a different room with open windows on our last night there and turned the AC on in the hotel. I suspect we were not the only ones complaining about the temperature. Even my parents and brother and sister-in-law had ridiculously hot rooms. Also, the window that did open only opened a small fraction so it really didn't let that much air in at all!

The breakfast buffet was great and the location top notch. It was super close to the Eiffel tower and a lot of restaurants and shops. The metro was also close by. The rooms were modern and clean.

The room was very warm, couldn't get the room to cool down but we were only there one night so we didn't bother anyone.

The proximity to the Eiffel tower is awesome. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Bartenders at the bar were very friendly. Very clean. Photo from the front of hotel to Eiffel tower. Rooms were extremely clean.

The room is small, the air conditioner did not work. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and shower room. That's why there was a smell in the bathroom all day.

Restaurant and room service were closed. Bar was also closed. Only cardboard cups in the room and when I requested two glasses I was only permitted one. We had planned a special dinner in the room since room service was closed we brought in some items from the local shop, but could only drink from the small paper cups. Disappointed given the price to stay here 😞

Hotel was clean and pleasant. Door staff were friendly. Remote didn't work and was changed quickly by maintenance staff for a new one. This allowed us to connect by SmartView. Thank you.
