Ambience in restaurant, only one member of staff to wait on all the tables, which was not enough. Lack of staff; especially during breakfast. Again one person is not enough. Charge for car parking considering overall costs.

Reception staff were good. Location, architectural features. Lift for heavy luggage

Incredible old building in the heart of figeac. Worth staying at just to see the building.

Reception gave us a warm welcome which always is a great start to any hotel stay. After a big drive we enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. Great hotel and we had secure parking which was important for us. Thank you

Central location, large medieval building, beautiful bedroom with extremely large comfortable bed, spotless white bed linen and towels. Restaurant was a delight and delicious. Quality toiletries, late checkout. The hotel does have a car park, it's a bit of a climb, though. This was a perfect stop over and highly recommend.

For some the car park might be a little inconvenient, but it worked well for us, and what would one expect in the middle of a mediaeval town.

Location is perfect for visiting Figeac. Lovely old rooms well equipped. Restaurant service excellent. A limited menu but the cooking was very good.

Our room was up 30 stairs and was not suitable with heavy bags. We were told it was an upgrade from what we booked but we'd have preferred the room we booked with no or few stairs. Don't stay in 308 unless you have light bags. However the staff really impressed us with being helpful during our stay. Very professional.

It's a lovely hotel if you have the right room and Figeac is a beautiful town.

No many negative aspects to mention. Maybe the pool was a bit small, the space were taken very quickly. It would also be nice to have optional train station or airport transfer services for convenience.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, located in the center of old town. The building itself is in a medieval setting but with all the modern equipment and facilities you expect in a 4 star hotel. I stayed in many hotels in various european cities, most of them are modern and stylish but this hotel in Figeac carries a piece of history which elevates to another level of luxury.
