We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe walls are quite thin, on night one our sleep was disturbed by drunk people out in the street, and on night two it was disturbed by some girls partying in next door room. No issues on night 3 though. I would stay again but probably not in room facing street
Location is great, easy walk to the shops, the beach and to old town. The check in experience was excellent, very helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable and room had cute little fench balcony looking onto street.

United StatesThe shower was difficult and confusing to operate. Could have been stocked with more than one roll of toilet paper; we had to ask the front desk for more after one night. Toilet area is very small. Wifi was spotty, which made working remotely somewhat difficult.
The room is comfortable and made for good sleeping: quiet, dark, with good AC, which was important given the warm temperatures and high humidity in late July. The King Deluxe Room is spacious and well appointed with a king bed, bureau, desk, mini-fridge, table and chairs. Lots of storage for our clothes. More spacious than we expected; didn't feel crowded at all. Staff was friendly and helpful; they easily extended our stay without any trouble and we got to stay in the same room, which was super convenient. Can't beat the location within easy walking distance of the Promenade, Rue Massina, Place Massina, luxury shopping, good restaurants, and the Old Town. Located in a nice, safe neighborhood that was very easy to navigate as a foreign tourist. Most people spoke English so don't worry if you're French is not great, but do try to speak French if you can. The locals will appreciate it and it shows you respect their culture and language. You just might get some free extras: we got some free drinks at some bars and restaurants because we tried our best to speak what French we knew. Always greet staff with "Bonjour" or "Bonsoir," ask them for things with "S'il vous plâit," thank them with "Merci," and say goodbye with "Au revoir." It's just good manners and you'll get better service!

United KingdomThe bar facilities would ideally be extended, but as there are so many great bars in the area, this was not a problem at all.
Our room was very comfortable and in a very quiet part of the hotel as we requested. The french window opened to rooftops – wonderful to get the fresh air. The room was huge and we had two wardrobes, so lots of space to store for our stay. The hotel location is excellent. Very easy to navigate and find your way around. It feels like a very safe place and we soon found our favourite bars. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. So helpful.
