You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomMy only comment would be to have hand rail added on the stairs to the second floor for the kids and elderly. Possibly more lighting in the stairwell.
The hotel was just as advertised in a quiet and remote setting. It was Idyllic. We were on second floor, pool view was lovely and the safari themes rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable with huge beds to cater for everyone. En-suite facilities again modern and clean, the rooms had everything we needed. Pool overlooked the house and vice versa it was lovely, clean and warm. On arrival Yanis was already waiting and warmly greeted us, checked us in and assisted us up to our rooms. His family were equally as kind and hospitable. His father and wife produced the most delicious food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. With Tapas, Japanese, burgers and a set menu available to cater for everyone’s taste. His mother was super friendly, even with a language barrier she was so sweet and smiley. We were pleasantly surprised to have evening entertainment during our stay, in the form of a singer, who was amazingly talented and super friendly, this topped off the most enjoyable stay at the hotel. Even more than this on our last day we had a 3hrs wait after check out, to which Yanis ordered our taxis and kindly allowed us to stay and use the pool facilities have lunch and hold our luggage. Their kindness and hospitality had no bounds and we would not hesitate to stay there again! We thank them hugely !

This is an exceptional place. A real gem in rural France. A huge bedroom that was a double when we walked in but quickley changed to a twin that I had requested. The bathroom was bigger than a lot of hotel bedrooms I have stayed in. Excellent shower. Double aspect bedroom with nice views over open country. The family run place is only a couple of years in business . Clearly a big investment has paid off. Breakfast, that was the best in our entire tour taking in nine hotels. Staff that could not do enough for you. Open air swimming pool in a nice setting . The property is in grounds of several acres of mown lawn. We took advantage of having an evening meal that was excellent. Served in a seperate dining room to the breakfast room (different ambiance) Ample free parking and free wifi. 10/10 a pleasure to stay at your property
