Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumNothing is of good quality or good looking in the room. Prefabricated bathroom. Quite a walk to the Old Port. Once I tried to call and after 15 minutes of trying and no one picking up I gave up.
Quite a standard hotel. Very big room, comfortable and bright. Good blackout curtains. Breakfast is correct. One morning they had freshly made waffles. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Various restaurants around.

The location was fantastic...within 5 minute walking distance to a big shopping mall with lots of restaurants and about 15-20 minute walk to the attractions like cathedral/Mucem port etc.

LuxembourgIt looks a bit outdated, some upgrades would be welcome. Windows are a bid dangerous to be opened with kids around. Smells a bit of old building, and location is quite far away from the port, but a very nice walk though. No spoons in the room.
Very quiet, including the mornings when the cleaning ladies were on the floor. Small kids area. Great reception service.

Friendly staff and clean, comfortable hotel. Family room was very large. Slightly dated decor but very clean and beds were good. Location is good as it's next to redesigned docks warehouse with restaurants and shops. It's about 20 minutes walk to historic harbour.

FinlandI think the air could have been slightly better inside - the air conditioning worked but somehow I think it could have been even better. Also the "gym" did literally have just the treadmill, rower, a stationary bike. two yoga mats and four 1-kilogram handle weights. So it is not a gym really.
The hotel was absolutely perfect for a small family. The triple room was large and there was a curtain to "split" the room so that adults could stay awake for longer than the kid. Breakfast was very good for France! And the staff was really professional and they made us feel welcome during the whole 3-night stay. Also nice that they had activities, colouring kits etc. for kids.
