Location is what will make me remember this hotel, very close to The Arc de Triomphe, and metro just a few meters away.

No negatives, I wasn't expecting the George Sank.

The rooms we had where at the back of the hotel and this undoubtedly made them quieter, having read previous reviews there were some complaints about road noise however, we found the hotel clean, the staff were very polite and extremely helpful and the location is superb for the price of the hotel.

Arrival very late, door was closed, the man who opened the door was not very welcoming, he was unpolite. He told me breakfast was not included, in the morning this was included. If they charge for breakfast: don't do it, very simple breakfast. Better options nextdoor. The ladies who serve breakfast are not very polite.

Very rude reception staff on arrival. Room was on the third floor. No lift, had to carry heavy bags up a narrow spiral staircase. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, no iron or ironing board.

Too expensive for such standards. I needed to ask to change a room even though I’m not a picky person. I was not able to take a shower in a bathroom with fungus.

Nice and friendly staff. Cleaning and chance towels were every day. Bed sheets changed every 2 days. Top location. Room was nice size. Would recommend to anyone. No complains.

Bit basic… it was obvious that the items in the room were a bit old, but everything worked perfectly

Lovely bright and airy room, no bed bugs and everything was very clean! Air conditioner was fantastic- and we had a towel warmer! 10/10, room 202 is fab! The staff were very friendly and helpful as well

Just the lack of elevator but it’s actually our fault not to anticipate this in Paris.

It’s very near to the arc. If you want to have your solo picture taken by the arc and without other tourists in the background, this js the perfect place for you. Just go out by 8:00AM and walk less than 2mins to the Arc. Bedbug crisis in Paris is a myth. Our room was very clean and the beddings are all fresh and no signs of bedbugs.

In general, it meets our expectation. It is a bit expensive, but, I would say, for Paris it's even a good price.

Perfect location and quite comfortable rooms. It could be a bit noisy during the night, but in general it's a good choice.

Location…. Walking distance from Arc the Triomphe… 10 steps away from Argentine metro station…. Close to most of the attractions in Paris….very calm and quiet place… very clean… two good cafes nearby… very courteous staff …. Overall I loved the place…. Recommended

There’s no water boiler in room, I had to make milk for my child at the lobby every night. Didn’t make up room everyday.

Location location location! Very prime to arc de triompe and champs elysee. I like it that they put my family into 2 rooms on ground floor, it’s a very quiet private corner and best we didn’t need to lug 7 luggages and stroller up and down. Conciege is friendly

There was constant noise from the water pipes and an exterior kitchen fan from the cafeteria just outside the hotel. The patio also has a very bright lamp, and light will get into the room despite the blackout windows.
