You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A modern and comfortable hotel, near the lakeside. Staff were helpful, and the room was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, but the shower needed updating.

United KingdomThe bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable and I spent both nights tossing around trying to find a comfortable to fall asleep. The air conditioning and breakfast were average.
Excellent location with easy access to Annecy lake. Rooms are clean & large and ours had nice little balcony but we couldn’t see much as our room was on the ground floor. Parking facilities on the premises is a big bonus.

United KingdomThe rooms were quite basic but comfortable, no frills. There was no shower curtain or screen for shower over the bath in the room in annexe so water went over the floor.
Nice location, opposite lake and beach, outside of the hustle and bustle of the centre. Felt a relaxed holiday vibe. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Good shower and very comfortable king sized bed. The rooms in the annexe have been refurbished and are more modern than the main building. There is bike hire nearby, however we just used the Annecy green bikes to go in and out of centre using the cycle lanes. The reception staff were excellent, we had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with quickly and efficiently, clearly they put the client first.

IraqI didn't like the room size, although we booked a doublebed, they gave us 2 single bed, I'm traveling with my wife! After 10 o'clock if you die in the hotel nothing will happen! As they don't have a night shift staff for the reception, and another thing was the toilet/bathroom didn't have functional/good size air puller, and that's necessary, and in general all hotels do not provide any Muslim friendly utility

Initially we were checked into a room where the air conditioning wasn't working and it was quite hot. The lady at reception was very helpful and apologetic, she relocated us to another room which was an upgrade, so we were very happy. Really great location with parking on site. A lovely long flat walk into town by the side of the lake all the way, very picturesque.
