Unfortunately the aircon was not available and it was pretty warm. I assume it will be operational a little later in the season. The garage is on the other side of the street and not marked so difficult to find. Suggest you ask someone to show you where it is!

The young lady on reception was delightful, so friendly and helpful. Both she and owner Marie obviously love dogs. My room was small but very comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast but it sounded delicious. The garage is enclosed so very safe.

The weather! We will be back for some sunshine, and to spend more time in this lovely place.

Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Marie spoke perfect English (which we don't expect, but it was really helpful and reduced our stress!) and she was so friendly and shared helpful information (including a map of the town). We were charmed by her beautiful dog Naomi, who kept us company at breakfast. The hotel is in a perfect position, close to the seafront (and a flat walk) and amenities. The weather was stormy when we stayed, but the town still looked lovely. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. It was also helpful to be able to park in the garage, as we were able to leave a lot of luggage in the car.

Location is excellent, staff are fabulous. Air conditioning, elevators (if needed), WiFi. Traveling alone and have very few needs. Everything was perfect! Breakfast is at the adjacent restaurant. Super great stay!

Couldn't book the restaurant in the evening - no bookings taken until 6pm and then it was full. Not keen on having a window from the room onto the landing where people passed. No way to clip the shower head onto the wall was a disaster - every hotel room should have a proper shower - this was just a hair-wash hose.

Very clean, freshly decorated room with up-to-date bathroom but no proper shower. All white so a little sterile but fully comfortable though not luxurious. Great value for money. Location excellent - just back from the promenade in a pretty quiet street, easy walk to beach or town. Breakfasts were superb with really high quality breads, fruits, yoghurt and usual French foods.

The room we had this time was a bit small, but larger rooms are available for the asking.

Lovely boutique hotel very close to St Jean de Luz centre. Staff are very friendly and really helpful. Dogs are allowed and off road parking is available. Continental breakfast buffet is available in a lovely breakfast room. Rooms have a bath which is important to my wife. This is our 3rd time of staying here and will book again next year.

Rooms basic for a deluxe boutique hotel. No where to sit and relax outside of room. Pricey in August.

Quiet road (mostly). Attractive dining/breakfast room. Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was fine. The staff spoke many languages, were friendly and helpful. The evening restaurant was excellent.

The only small detail that we did not fill confortable with was the fact that the shower did not have doors and/or walls and when we took a shower the water dripped out of the shower cubicle.
