We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThe location was conveniently <5 mins walk to the seafront to the right of the bay and situated in a quiet location. Roadside parking was available in Sept. A comfortable, chic modern room with all facilities was provided, access via lift/elevator. The staff were friendly, accommodating and most helpful. Breakfast was good and fulfilled our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

United KingdomShower on bath was stupid - had to hold it - needed a simple bracket on wall to position it at a decent height. Hotel describes itself as Boutique - I did not see any evidence of this; it's just a fairly standard good quality hotel.
Nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Good size room with comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Location - 15minute walk to centre of town, 5 minutes to beach. Hotel is in a quiet area. Free parking on surrounding roads.

We had a fantastic time, the hotel is a short walk from the beach and town centre. St Jean de Luz is a wonderful town in the South West with clean safe beaches and buzzing town centre. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pricey for a family of 5, so after day 1 we opted out with no fuss and had croissants on the beach instead.

The rating of any place only goes as far as the supportive staff. What really said this place apart was the fact that everyone who worked there went out of their way to make us comfortable. They were inquisitive, constantly asking whether not everything was OK and if there was anything else they could do to make us more comfortable. We were traveling with our dog and my bike, either of which can often be an issue. However, we have a place that they would lock up my bike, and they were very sweet to our dog.

The air conditioned room was a good size and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The location was great to wander into town and to the beach from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Continental breakfast was good.
