Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing location. Incredible view. LOVELY staff - super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Delightful extras - fresh bread, croissants and juice every morning!

Fabulous room with a well stocked fridge. Fresh bread and croissants delivered each morning. We requested fresh milk and it was no problem. Comfortable bed.

United KingdomLove this place. Photos don’t do it justice! Gorgeous rooms - every detail has been so well thought out. Exceptionally well appointed room. Breakfast is brought to the room - small terrace outside overlooking the sea & the quiet road in front. Very welcoming team. One huge added advantage is the adjoining restaurant ‘Manger sur la Plage’ which is also very special. The whole visit was an absolute treat.

United KingdomA mosquito plug in device would have been useful, mosquitoes getting into the accommodation when the door was being used. They particularly liked my husband even though he had insect repellent on. Sadly the restaurant was closed to guests on a Monday and Tuesday, the two days we stayed, due to private functions. It would have been lovely to eat there as it looked very cool. There was only one other restaurant in the area and it was also closed, so we had a 15 minute drive to the restaurant ‘Chez Gaby’ recommended by the staff which was very good. Not really ideal when you have just had a long drive. I should mention we stayed 11th & 12th Sept.
The accommodation was well designed, great shower, comfortable seating area, sweet outdoor terrace with sea views, plenty storage for clothing, bed very comfortable with lovely bed linen and the mini smeg fridge was a nice touch. Breakfast delivered to your door every morning.

It’s a very good restaurant with 4 suites so you’re guaranteed a table for dinner if you want it at a very popular restaurant.

United StatesThis isn't anything wrong with the place but it would have been better if we could have spent two nights there - we arrived late and they have an early checkout time so I didn't get the full experience of staying there.
We visited on the off season and really liked how quiet everything was. The clerk at the reception office was very nice and recommended a terrific restaurant where we got fresh oysters. The in-room breakfast was top notch, with homemade compote, gourmet yogurt and fresh pastries. Great stay.

New experience ,having breakfast in our room which we thoroughly enjoyed .Bread and croissant delivered fresh each morning . Jams ,yoghurts etc restocked every day ,all very high quality. Restaurant top class,varied menu at a good price. Staff ,very friendly and professional. A wonderful 3 days ,will return next year .
