The property is in pristine condition, with a high level of detail focussing on the comfort of the guest. It’s a brief walk to the centre of town and there is off road parking. Thomas was a fantastic host, and we’d happily stay there again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely everything, stunning from first welling in. Thomas is a wonderful host and our apartment was first class! Every little detail catered for and immaculate. Secure parking in the courtyard and a small garden too. Fantastic location as well, so relaxing and quiet. Can’t rate this highly enough.

Absolutely beautiful property. Quiet, spotless and stunning decoration. Everything you need is there, even a few staples like oil, clothes washing detergent etc which was wonderful. Nice and secure, including parking. Welcoming and friendly host.

The host was charming and attentive to our requirements. The apartment was stunning, and catered to every possible need (even little disposable slippers on the bed). The bed was the first we have slept in properly made with a top sheet, perfect attention to detail. Truly the luxury treat we needed on a long trip around France.

The suite was wonderful; clean, light and so beautifully finished. The kitchen was a real bonus and we used it a lot. The location is excellent for accessing Bezier on foot or the countryside by vehicle. We’d stay again and highly recommend it to everyone.

The modern apartment was beautifully clean with nice touches such as the bathrobes and coffee machine. Well equipped for cooking etc if staying for longer. Tom, the host, was super friendly and told us where the local amenities were and how to find the town which was a quick 8 minute walk from the property. He showed us round the apartment and how to use the coffee machine if we wanted it. He was super responsive via message on booking.com and answered any questions we had. Parking was perfect with a secure gated front which we managed to fit a Landrover in to. Many thanks for hosting us. We will definitely be back!

Apartments in a beautiful house, within walking distance of the city centre of Beziers. The apartment is super clean and has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a wonderfully quiet bedroom with a comfortable bed. There is secure parking on site. We could not have wished for more! A big thanks to the owner Thomas!

We loved everything about this property. Exceptional quality with attention to detail. Unable to fault anything. Everything we needed was provided. In addition it was very comfortable, clean, spacious & in a great location to access the city on foot, in the knowledge that our car was secure in the private parking within the grounds. Thomas made us very welcome on arrival & gave us good information on what was available in the local area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely return.

Absolutely nothing not to like!

Extraordinary!! The photos were beautiful but the reality was more so. My husband and I have lived and traveled extensively in Europe, North and Central America and Africa. We have never stayed in a more elegant, comfortable, spacious or spotless place. It felt like a 5 star hotel but was an entire apartment! The price was extremely reasonable. The friendly and very helpful owner, Tomas, met us when we arrived and we appreciated being able to park in the locked lot in front of the hotel. The walk to downtown and all sites was only 5 -8 minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough! 10+++++
