The bathrooms doors didn't lock and one of them was almost broken. It was the only downside of the place which is phenomenal. It's a very minor downside, but it would be nice to have it fixed/improved as the rest of the apartment is so nice, clean, beautifully decorated and with a perfect view of the castle.

The air conditioning is only in the hallway. It was 37 degrees and the bedrooms were roasting hot. My children struggled to sleep so maybe some fans needed

No hot water for the 2 night we stayed due to a problem with the boiler. We reset it a few times but the hot water only lasted 2 minutes at a time. Staff said they'd send someone to fix it the following day but unfortunately that was the day we were checking out so may have benefited the next group but not us

Great view of the castle. Very good location. Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, with the most comfortable beds we've experienced. Nice bottle of sparkling wine left for us on check in. Very clean with a lot of character. Would stay again.

Amazing apartment with beautiful views of the cite medieval. Clean, everything we needed and sad we only had 1 night. Location was close to old town and easy to access the centre. Parking available, large spacious bedrooms and great communication from the owners making it simple to find. Thank you.

We loved it all. Quite a few stairs if you are top floor - not a problem for us - but book one of the lower apartments if you don’t like stairs.

While I know Marseille is a bit fruity, some of the locals nearby were somewhat more intimidating than expected while walking around the local area.

A beautiful apartment and pleasurable stay; exceeded expectations and represented excellent value for money. Great location for getting to central and seaside locations. I recommend the nearby National car park (€20 for 24hrs) if driving. The host made the arrival seamless.

This place was absolutely fantastic, exceeded our expectations. The location and views were incredible. Countless restaurants right out the door, Citadel a shorty walk away and visible from the living room window. I can't say enough positive things about this place. Highly recommend it. Wish I had booked it sooner and for more days.

The property looked a lot better in the photos. It is has probably seen a fair bit of traffic since they were taken. The WC is very dark and cramped. Its an old building which has been redcorated. Doors were noisy and hard to close and the handles were loose and pulling off. A good base in Caracassone , but not really a space where we wanted to spend any time. To be fair, this has to be balanced with the nightly price which offered good value for money.

Location was excellent and great view from the sitting room window of the Citadel.

We didn't hear anything from the property until 30 mins after our check-in time. This worried us as we were waiting outside. The shower head was broken and needs replacing, and there is only one toilet (separate to the shower) for the whole apartment. One of the beds has a sunken mattress and needs replacing. The weather was cold when we arrived, but this meant that the apartment was very cold on arrival, which was not a good first impression as we had already waited in the cold for 30 minutes outside already.

The location and proximity to the La Cite and the castle was excellent. You can see the castle from the apartment which was lovely. There is a lot of space in the apartment, and the kitchen facilities were great. This would be ideal for groups of people.
