It's better to include the parcking when book the room, it's easier to understand how it fuctions, especially i have the habit of having free parking with book a hotel

The location is really perfect, receptionlists are very helpful, the apt is very clean and confortable, i love the balcony, we will come back for our summer break.

Lack of heating in the bathroom, the staff were unable to resolve this for us. Only one toilet roll provided, we were told when asked we needed to buy our own if we wanted more!!

Basic sofa bed as main bed. There was a lovely pool but it closed on the day that we arrived which was disappointing. We didn't need the bunk beds fortunately as it would have been rather cramped for 4. Extra payments even for the use of the room safe made it seem unfriendly. The high wall on the balcony meant the view couldn't be enjoyed whilst sitting, also it didn't get any sun. Limited times for reception could be problematic - we only had to wait half an hour fortunately.

Despite the hotel being mostly empty with many other vacant rooms, we were placed directly next door to a young baby, who cried and screamed most of the day and night. The receptionist lady on check-in was also not pleasant or polite and unwilling to move our rooms.

The property location was highly admired as it offered a picturesque view of the sea from an elevated position, making it exceptionally beautiful and appealing.

The kitchen is complete with all utensils, but lacks the essentials such as salt and sugar. Being alone, I would have had to buy them and then have to leave them in the structure, which would probably have thrown them away

Being alone, the apartment is spacious, illuminated. Not having paid for the parking, I found other free parking spaces 5 minutes away from the structure

Not sure if there were non smoking options, but my room had the scent of cigarettes. Plus people around me smoked so I had to close the door often to prevent smoke from coming in my room.

The access to the rooms was very difficult for us which required us to negotiate several flights of step narrow steps. This is not mentioned here in your description. Also this is not ‘Beach Front’ as described. The Beach was 500 metres away down a steep hill. Fire doors were propped open with rocks which is a dangerous practice. The premises is set on a steep hill making it difficult to get to the car parking area located at the top of four sets of steep narrow steps with no lift. The staff were not welcoming at all and actually quite rude to us on our arrival. Will not revisit this premises.

The room was well equipped with a very nice view of the sea.

The view was poor. The room situation was noisy with little/ no view on the ground floor! The corridors were tatty.

We were expecting a superior room with a sea view. The room was ok, but it was on the ground floor. Metres away from the noisy busy road, and a tiny view between a hedge and a tree of a tiny part of the sea. It was so disappointing, we asked to be moved but the place was full.

Although we were provided with clean sheets, we had to make up our beds. We were given a set of cleaning products to make sure the kitchen was clean after or stay. Which leaves me thinking what is the reason for such a late check in , which by the way did not match booking.com., as I had to re-check in.

This place is terrible with management!

We were very late getting to the facility because our train was late ...No receptionist...no one answered telephone calls...and we had to go to another hotel . Very inconvenient...and poor management! Never recommend this place 👎🏾

Located by very loud street, not possible to sleep with open windows. Hotel has no air-con so very hot at night. Hotel reception and staircase is old and smells off funguses and clorin from the pool. Building is the 70’ th, and have not been renovated.

Distance to beach and city was nice, 5 min walk. Hotel room clean, very very small sleeping area, nice big bathrooms and well equipped kitchen.

1. Very bad and outdated accommodation: The hotel was built according to the standards of the 70s and 80s!!!!! 2. There is no air conditioning in the entire hotel (21st century). However, there is a small, very loud fan, which is impossible to sleep with. During our 4th day of stay, the room temperature did not drop below 29°C. Unpleasant! 3. No WiFi: At the reception they give you a piece of paper for your identification and password "ViFi Basic - 7 days", but they don't know if this access to WiFi Basic has expired or not. During the stay, Wi-Fi worked for half the day. For the new WiFi access, you have to go to reception. 4. I booked this hotel through booking.com. I paid everything in advance a few weeks ago and got a receipt that said: A) Studio with Terrace or Balcony (2 people) - Sea view. This studio with sea view features a living area with one single sofa bed, and one pull-out bed (recommended for children). This is a deception: There are no one single sofa bed and one pull out bet, but only a sofa bed that stretches out into two narrow separate beds (unworthy to sleep on). B) Theft by Pierre et Vacances or Booking.com: Upon arrival at the hotel, beside the parking lot, I had to pay the City tax once again, even though the Booking.com Price details state: Studio with Terrace or Balcony (2 people) - Sea view,10% VAT is included. € 1.65 City tax per person per night is included. Total price: € 349.75 5. Nothing works properly in the hotel: - the key for blocking the parking space did not work. I had to change the parking spot. - it was not possible to close and lock the terrace door!!! Finally, a technician came and fixed the door. - many guests say that the hotel has an exceptional view! That's a lie. You cannot enjoy the view of the sea and the city because all the balconies and terraces are with a high wall (like in bunkers), so while you are sitting you only see the wall. You have to stand up to see the sea!
