We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelNo shuttle from the airport although the whole point of the hotel is that it's close to the airport. There was no option to rent a car through the hotel. The pool is not as nice as it looks in the pictures, and it's pretty deep, no place with shallow water (1.40 meters+) which is a problem with kids.
The room was big and comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was AMAZING.

United KingdomDifficult to move around the spiral stairs when the sofa bed was in use. Really expensive/difficult to get a taxi into the city due to border. Nearby grocery store doesn’t have (frozen) ready meals so we couldn’t buy food to cook in the room as there was no hob/range or oven, only microwave.
Really friendly reception staff, nice pool, family suite was a good size, very close to airport. Free parking.

United StatesThe walls are a bit thin so we could hear our neighbors doing normal things: moving around, sneezing, etc. Because this location is across the border from the airport, the taxi trip from the hotel to the airport is quite expensive (and Uber is apparently not an option here.)

While some distance from the center of Geneva, this hotel is good value for money as it is France. The room was spacious and comfortable. Free parking and a good swimming pool were positives. There are plenty of dining options a short walk away

FranceThere was an annoying incident. I checked in late and was given the key of an occupied room. The receptionist gave me another key and I found out that it was a suite. The next morning, Very early, I was waken up by a call, telling me they the suite was wrongly attributed to me and I had to change room! I was furious about this attitude of no service! I didn’t ask for an upgrade in the first place and the hotel shouldn’t call me that early! Then, the hotel did apologize and offered me breakfast which is appreciable. I also had a candid exchange with them, pointing out my discontent.
