The stay was great! If you book a room with a balcony, they are on the fifth floor and the elevator only goes to the fourth floor. Not a problem for us but might be for someone who can’t navigate circular staircases well. We actually loved the quirkiness of this and the little balcony on the roof added to an amazing experience in Paris!

The location was great near public transportation and walking distance to a few tourist spots. The concierge went above and beyond to help us with our various requests. They helped us with a few issues my goddaughter and I had which made our first trip to Paris unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to return soon.

The location was perfect! It was walking distance to many attractions. The room was extremely clean and the staff was outstanding! Every person was so friendly and helpful. We felt so comfortable and safe! Will definitely stay there again if we return.

This was a great location! Walking distance to many things and near many convenient public transportation options. We were so glad we stayed in this location. We stayed with my daughter who uses a wheelchair and they were very accommodating and thoughtful! They gave us great advice to point us in the right direction.

The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful. We had a big family room on the top floor which was very spacious. We found the location very central with nice restaurants in the area and close to Opera and Lourve area. Loads of Japanese restaurants in the area that looked very popular (queues at lunchtime!!!)

The staff were there for a long time and were very accustomed to the area. They helped us with everything we asked for. Receptionist even bought tickets for us to Louvre.

All was good

Location was new to me but very central and quiet. Situated in an area with masses of Japanese restaurants and few shops but just 10mins to other dining options, the MAD Museum, Louvre etc..

Myself & my partner stayed at this hotel, the location of the hotel was great & the lady at the receptionist was very helpful, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Paris!

I would have liked to have tea/coffee making available in my room. A small kettle, tea/coffee bags and mik and sugar would be nice. That said I was given a kettle when I enquired about it.

Location was excellent. Easy to get to other place. Close to the Hop-on Hop-Off buses. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection on offer. My room was very comfortable, Having a usb port was great so that i had no need for an adapter.

The location was very central, making it easy to get around. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable and only too happy to give suggestions of where to eat, catch transport etc.

Great location, close to sites or to transport. The staff was fantastic- welcoming, made you feel comfortable. They went out of their way to help, whether it was providing an electric adaptor or recommending a good place to eat. Great breakfast including made to order eggs. I would definitely stay there again!

I had the front of the hotel ground floor room - it was MUCH better than I was thinking at first - but I did just feel like I needed to keep the blinds and window closed whenever I was in there. They did a great job with some plexiglass and plants so you felt safe enough but still a little exposed.

The hotel was in a great location. I was in Paris for a very short period of time and was able to walk to just about everywhere I wanted to go from this location. The staff were wonderful. They were really helpful and friendly.

Location. Location. Location. It is walking distance to prime tourist spots. Plenty of restaurants nearby, though mostly Japanese cuisine. And of course, the people at reception are super nice and ready to answer any queries.
