The break was not good just adequate. The hotel needs a facelift not up to usual mercure standards but did the job..

Staff very friendly on arrival and room was available early which was great with 36 degree heat. Good lunch was available.

We were half board for our 3 nights stay and had the same menu choices every night. The food was lovely but as we didn’t eat some things on it it would have been nice if it could have been alternated at least every other night. That being said there were other choices available off menu for an additional cost.

Very friendly staff, great location . The hotel was very clean and the breakfast choices were extensive and excellent. We arrived way before check in and reception were very happy to take our cases and even rushed through our room which was then ready within 30mins!

The services was excellent, all the staff very helpful. The room was clean. The location is near the river, but you need to walk to the grotto. The good thing is you’re surrounded by a lot of restaurants so you’ll not starve

Kind of shabby. Chair looked like it was time to replace. Shower enclosure could have used some freshening (chaulking) and the lamp fixture was hanging from the wall in our traveling companions room

We had to use the bath tub for shower and this is not very safe for seniors. Perhaps the paper cups can be replaced with glasses.

The location was great and we had a beautiful view of the river. We were allowed to check in at 2.00pm and the check out time of 12.00 noon was very convenient.

I liked everything, but I have expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel rates; mostly better quality of food for breakfast; maybe some room update- refurbisment etc.

Location is excellent, 5 mins to Sanctuary/Grotto. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants nearby, but in February most of cafes and restaurants were closed; others stop serving food before 5pm and there is nothing to eat till 7 pm. Hotel is clean, staff kind; Andriy was very helpful, kind and professional, gave me all information I needed. By the way, if you are flying to Lourdes; Airport shuttle bus takes you directly to the hotel; no need for taxi!

There was no water source in the toilet room. If you come from a culture that 'washes' routinely, this might be a bit uncomfortable for you.

The location is wonderful. If you are given a room with a balcony, your room overlooks the river, the city, and the mountains. The toilet is also separated from the bathing room. The rooms have tea kettle, tea, and coffee refilled daily. The balcony has seats and a coffee table (although it might be too cold outside during the winter season). The rooms also have both a heat radiator and an air conditioner... Lastly, they have both private paid parking and free city parking slots available for travelers with vehicles.

Location is a short walk to the Sanctuarie , bus stop to and from train station (Bus L5) right in front of the hotel,fridge in the room, room bigger than usual in Europe, staff friendly and helpful

We were disappointed with the size of the room, where there was not really enough room to put the cases and the bathroom was quite cramped. We had booked a Standard Room - so if you need a bit more space, then consider a Superior Room

The location looking out over the town of Lourdes and the river is very nice. The hotel lobby is very good; the staircase that is shown in the photos is quite striking. A good breakfast with a wide choice including a cooked option

Although breakfast was good. The staff were very slow at keeping the buffet topped up. Especially the cooked items. I had an evening meal on the first night and although tasty had been under a hot plate for too long after it was ready to be served so it had dried out too much.

It’s location was great. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.

The cornflakes at breakfast...not really a lot to complain about. Variety at breakfast was really good.

The staff very helpful. Arrived at the hotel early and the staff checked to see if our rooms were ready. Really helped as we were very tired. Rooms were ready and that was lovely 😍
