The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great location to explore the city. I only stayed one night, but I recommend it as a great option to stay in Versailles.

It was a bit of a hike from Versailles Chantiers station in the dark with luggage. However, Rive Gauche is much closer. The lift was very small and old - best to send up the luggage by itself!

Room was very small - radiator too close to bed (walked into it during the night just getting out of bed). No air con or fan provided. No mini fridge for cold drinks. As it was August, this was an issue. Bathroom, although functional with a great shower, was the smallest we have ever seen!!

We were lucky to find parking outside the hotel otherwise it would have been inconvenient to find parking nearby. Nice courtyard for drinks, but it needed a clean.

Hotel is clean and charming. Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is opened night and day. My room was perfect for a single traveler. Restaurants all around the hotel and Chateau de Versailles at walking distance.

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The shower was tiny and had no door so I had to cram myself into the corner to avoid splashing water on the bathroom floor. There didn’t seem to be any ventilation in the bathroom to evacuate the humidity after the shower.

Perfect location, within a 15-minute walk from the the Palais de Versailles, easy to access from the train station.

As is too often the case with the modern showers that only have a partial glass screen, water frequently sprays beyond the screen, so we wound up semi flooding the bathroom twice, thus having to use up the extra towels we had been allocated simply to mop up the walls and floor.

We had a room on the first floor, at the back of the hotel. Beautifully quiet which we appreciated, and the beds were more comfortable than others we've stayed in across the region. Location is superb - lots of restaurants and independent shops nearby and the Palace is a very easy walk. Strongly recommend that others book dinner well in advance with local restaurants - we tried 6 that were already fully booked before we finally found success without having an advance reservation. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Internet quality was good. Is quite a long way to walk to Gare de Versailles-Château-Rive-Gauche so if you're travelling light its easy, but if you're lugging suitcases, be warned! Hotel decor and layout is quirky and dare I say quaint - a refreshing change from the modern chain hotels.

Motion sensor light did not work well on the 3rd floor hallway.

Comfortable room. Nice touch with tea and coffee in room. Friendly staff. Easy access to downtown Versailles. A lot of nice restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Great location within an easy walk to the palace. Lots of great small restaurants and shops around as well as a pharmacy within 5 min if you need anything. The only slight downside was the Ac is only for summer months and it was decently warm when we were there but the room had a small fan which was more than sufficient. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

There is no air conditioner in the room. Fortunately, our room is facing the yard which is quiet, so we could open windows overnight.
