Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandDon't forget their's no lift, as per description, so you do need to carry your stuff up the stairs.
Cosy wee pad, with a great view through the roof, and from the outdoor area just next to it. Nice bathroom, and good kitchen has what you need. Lots of tourist brochures available in the flat. Garage available to lock our touring bicycles, although we had to pay for the whole garage even though a car could still fit in there.

United KingdomIt’s all good. The stairs are a small challenge with heavy bags but not too bad.
The apartment was excellent, well furnished and comfortable and the AC worked well. The small kitchen was well equipped and worked well. The view of the castle by day and especially at night was fantastic. And we saw the stars, which was delightful. The host was very helpful and friendly, very clear instructions to check in.

A beautifully finished apartment in a great location. it has everything you need with the added extra of a jacuzzi (although you have to pay for this). they are dog friendly and accommodated us with our baby too. Lawrence the host communicated really well with us & was very welcoming.

FranceStudio is on the 4th floor up lovely restored wooden stairs, but it's a long climb with luggage. Host Laurence was absent, but very helpful on the phone, and the explanation of the entry codes and keysafes was clear enough. However I was tired and missed the last part about collecting the studio key from the garage and had to go all the way back down. So, my fault. A good dosette coffee, but we would have loved a second cup!
Very stylish loft newly converted with high spec bathroom and kitchenette. Views of the Chateau de Foix across the town from small balcony or the moving ceiling in the bedroom that allows you to 'sleep under the stars'. Rooftop garden and Jacuzzi also available. Comfortable double bed and sofa-bed also good quality. Only minutes from the centre.

Polandvery thin wall in the bedroom with the second apartment - because of that and a poor quality bed, I had to listen a couple having sex and the second night another person walking heavily and making noise - it feels like they are in my room. not comfortable apartment - at night very cold (the door go outside so if it’s 10degrees it’s cold) but also hot when it’s sunny because of the huge window in the bedroom. unprofessional owner who loves to argue. I kindly asked to help with the low temperature and she said ‘don’t exaggerate’. Then she started arguing with me saying everything is my fault. She will do it also here answering on this review. then she accused me that I stole a hair dryer!! of course I didn’t. I put it in the cupboard next to the bed. She didn’t check it but she was sending me messages while I was driving to the airport. She found it and she didn’t say sorry! She warned me that I should have left the hair dryer in the bathroom… she also accused me that I left a bag with the rubbish after three days. Did I book a hotel or I visited a crazy aunt? She also bothered me and made me scared during the night knocking my door although I told her I’m going to sleep because I’m working the next day (I slept in a jacket just not to be cold) and we said goodnight. She didn’t care, she woke me up and she was making me even more stressed. Overall, a very disappointing experience full of stress.
