Typically paris : one tiny wc for 4 people . Our civilized standard in Italy is each bathroom has a wc and a bidet 😅

Sadly very noisy environment, drilling and banging in the adjoining apartment from 8 AM. Traffic and courtyard sounds permeate, consider sound proofing the windows.

We arrived at dusk and the lightbulb in the hallway was out. It was near impossible to figure out how to find our unit. Also, because of the Olympics, the Rue Royale was closed and we had to be dropped off to blocks from the unit. My mother is disabled and this was a difficult walk after a long day of travel. It would’ve been helpful to know this was happening. When I contacted the staff, they did not know the road had been closed. It was very strange to have two toilets off the main hallway and then each bedroom had a sink and a shower. If you got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, you had to leave your room and go to one of the two toilets in the hallway and then come back inside to wash your hands. You might consider changing the shampoo. It did not lather and therefore did not clean our hair very well. it was also difficult to dry the clothes in the unit on the rack provided due to lack of fresh air.

The property had been newly renovated was clean and very well kept.

No (real) air-conditioning, just a portable fan. A little tricky identifying the right door(s) for the access codes but worked it out. Pity the company didn't answer my call on arrival, the only time I needed to speak to someone, tho they called back pretty quickly. "Large double bed" was not so large, for sharing with a wriggly 10yo!

Excellent location, good layout, well equipped, very clean. My 10yo daughter particularly liked it.

The only comment I can mention so that no guests get surprised, is that as the apt located on the 1 st floor, there is no noise at all but you can feel a soft vibration when the metro goes by. No inconvenience at all for us, but maybe every guest should be aware about this.

The place has one toilet and two bathrooms - something we didn't realise when we read the description. However, all worked fine

The place is located in one of the central areas in Paris - within a walk-ing distance of Concorde, Tuileries Garden and more. Its very clean, comfortable and has all the amenities taken care of As a family, I highly recommend this place

The windows are not too tight so we could hear anyone walking around it, also the metro that goes right under the building makes the room vibrate and noisy. So it is not ideal for light sleepers.

The location js excellent. Very near to Plaza Dela Concorde, Jardin De Tuileries, Louvre and Champs Elysee, and almost all of Paris’ major attractions. Also we like the equipment of the property. They are all branded and working perfectly. Though you will slightly hear the sound of subway trains but did not significantly bothered our sleep.

The trains below in the metro would rumble the apartment every few minutes Apartment appeared much bigger in the photos - however the bedroom was plenty big enough

Unfortunately, we were sandwiched between 2 building sites and behind a restaurant. Not within the control of the hotel, the noise is rather bad and starts early around 8am... a good pair of ear plugs does the job!

Great location, hidden off the main road. Lots of space, very rare in Paris centre! Very cosy little place, feels comfortable just like home. All facitilies and utilities were great.

We appreciated being on the ground floor and my wife (who is disabled and uses a rollator) was able to manage the few steps. However, it would not be easy for a wheelchair user.

The apartment is in a central location with excellent metro connections to all areas of Paris. The key codes were clear and worked well. The apartment is roomy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are bright and modern. We had everything we needed for our stay.

It is a ground floor unit. You have to bring noise cancelling headphones or buds with you as the metro runs every 25 min until 1:25 am and shakes the apartment and is noisy. The other thing that's ok but a bit annoying is the toilet has it's own room with a door and the shower and sink are in another adjoining room with a door. It's not a big thing but be aware.

The apartment was immaculate. The furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were brand new and very clean. The location on Rue Royale was fantastic. The hosts were great. Access was very easy with touch code locks.
