Poor and unstable Internet, in terms of breakfast, there was lack of vegetables (only tomatoes and weird carrot), disgusting smell in the bathroom, coffee and tee were not renew after the first night, the cleaning could be better (under the bed there was rubbish from the previous guests and they didn’t change disposable caps, just washed them.)

Everything was OK.

Simple but nice hotel, near to the center of Nice and only 3-4 minutes by walk from the sea. Clean rooms, really big and comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice staff, good value for money, I would recommend it and return if visiting Nice again.

Mostly maintenance and housekeeping problems: Room 109: - old, cheap plastic, loose, really narrow (~70 cm!) shower cabin with disgusting mold around. - shower head can not be fixed, becouse the head holder is broken, - clogged bidet, - toilet bowl has disgusting brown calcification inside - sticky bathroom floor - old carpetfloor with dust in the corners - dust in the door hinges - adhesive residue on the roomdoor inside

The lift is a little bit old and slow, and the sound-proofing of room isn't good.

Please please PLEASE vacuum your carpets thoroughly. Mine was full of dust and small debris, which was probably the reason for the severe allergy outbreak I had (after having been in remission for years). The cleanliness overall was definitely not perfect either (leftover hairs on a pillow, etc.). I do understand this is a pet-friendly hotel, but I interact with cats and dogs regularly with no issues. Will gladly come back if this problem is fixed.

Perfect location, abundant and tasty breakfast, helpful personnel. Affordable compared to most other good options in Nice. Wasn't bothered by any noise.

The only issue was the shower in our room didn’t drain. I advised the front desk at checkout.

Fantastic location extremely close to the sea. Amazing customer service and they not only hold your luggage, but provide you with beach towels, umbrellas, and a ground floor shower so advert you checkout you can still enjoy the sea and come back and get cleaned up. Fantastic. Comfortable rooms.

Nothing that we would complain about.

Great location, close to both the seaside and a tram stop with direct link to the airport and the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel has a pleasant overall ambience. The facilities and the breakfast buffet meet very well what you would expect for a hotel in this category. And the kids' corner was definitely a good idea, our 5-year old daughter had a great time there while letting her parents talk to each other for a while with a cup of coffee :) The whole family enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we can honestly recommend it to anyone. We are looking forward to coming back next time!

The room was really tiny for 2 people.

There were no cockroaches! That is why we left our airbnb for this hotel:) Apart from it, the service, the location and the comfort was on a high level.

Location, quite compact, not too corporate looking

Great location, close to the promenade and the beach as well as shops, bars, restaurants and the tram stop for easy access to central Nice. The hotel was clean, rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
