The whater was cold during two nights and one day , and the room was very cold. nobody told us that will happen. Very desapointed. The breakfast was very poor however the bred and Croissants had a very good taste.

Found 2 Bedbugs when asleep. Although I did not have rash in the morning. Shower took too long to get warm but there is warm water. Shower is also too small, could not move properly / freely. Neighborhood at night seem also quite dangerous.

For the price I would say its pretty good, although they can improve on some stuff. Croissant for Breakfast was very yummy. If u are searching for cheap stays in the middle of Paris I would recommend it. I genuinely think if the hotel gets rid of the bed bugs then it would be an easy 4 star hotel.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes and dampness in the room. the room itself was very old and in need of renovation. the linen was not clean and there were bedbugs. the bathroom was very small that even 1 person couldn't fit in there.

An elevator would have been handy, one has to walk up to level 3. Because the bathroom is shared, it may be important to have a notice to indicate that it is occupied as on the planes. Similarly the showers.

The hotel is very closely located to a number of metro stations. Also other facilities such as eating places and supermarkets. Its very quiet. One could get an iron from the reception. Appeared very secure.

The room was unclean. Literal snot on the walls, very dusty floor and top bed cover was falling apart woth marks all over it. The bathroom and shower were even more disappointing. After showering, I somehow felt less clean. I also had someone very aggressively try and enter my room in the middle of the night. I yelled at them to go away, yet this report did not seem to bother the staff at all.

The man serving me breakfast was nice enough.

A bit run-down. But fine for me, a single traveler who valued location more than anything.

Good location. Near Gare du Nord, walk to downtown Paris. Rooms are basic. Be prepared to walk up the stairs, but that's no different than many budget European hotels. Good coffee for breakfast.

There are only 2 bathrooms for the entire building and outside the rooms. The room we slept in for the first day was having bad smell. we didn't sleep well, but they changed it following day.

Facilities are old and generally need fixing. Staff is the rudest I’ve ever met and I been to many countries and hotels. They really make you feel like you are causing them problems by staying at the hotel. You also has to hand in the key when leaving and it is very clear that they don’t really know who stays where so if you unlucky someone could very easily get into your room which made me bring all valuables with me at all time.

Great location but that’s about it.

Room- It was not clean when we reached. Also we found that the window was not working properly. The door was having key problems. The carpet was not clean. The washroom was very small that you will feel cringed while using it. Location- The location is nice, you have metros station nearby and lots of markets. Breakfast- The staff was not very polite. They were serving the breakfast and didn't even consider simple request we asked for.

The facilities are not only outdated but some of them are horrible. The rag in the room looked very dirty and despite the everyday cleaning I was not willing to step on it barefoot. There was a super dirty and useless chair in my room that wasn't serving any purpose. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom in the room. The neighborhood although quite central can be seen as sketchy and my female friend felt a bit insecure. She told me she wouldn't live in the room if she was alone or only with a girl.

The staff was very friendly, always available to help. The location is very convenient and central, a few minutes away walking from the East train station. Also close to some other monuments. There was a cleaning person coming every day which was convenient. The breakfast although small was decent to start your day.
