The shower drain wasn’t very clean so the water built up at the bottom and the overhead shower didn’t work.

This hostel was great value. It was right next to the train station, easy to check in to, and had a full kitchen. There was only one other person staying so it was very quiet.

Great concept in a great location, nice building inside and the room was large and comfortable with everything provided including towels. Kitchen useful for storing drinks cold. Fast wifi. Check in system was easy to understand.

Some rooms are poorly aired/ventiltated and the free internet connectivity was not optimal sometimes. No working TV, because of poor connection

-we could only speak in French with the host in order to obtain checkin info -no shower gel (I don’t remember being or not being specified in the description) -not at all soundproof -it is a bit tighter than it seems in the pics

Don't book this accommodation! The appartment door as well as the house door could'nt be locked properly, so someone entered the appartment and stole all my valuables. I had to go to the police, but the stolen things never showed up.

I needed an easy bed, that is close to the station, they gave it to me, it was comfortable with good facilities and easy understanding staff. Everything was perfect for my needs

The train strike in France meant we were stranded on Port-bou, Spain (along with 8 other unaware train passengers). We were told that there had been no trains for three days. I contacted the property straight away after prepaying, and received absolutely no response. So, we never got there. They never responded. We ended up staying on the Costa Brava and had a wonderful time anyway. Not impressed with the poor communication.

Awful, bathroom shared between 6 bedrooms. Check in had to ring for details not sent. Not worth the cost, should be charging hostel prices, that's what it is. Pictures misrepresentation of property

horrible system to access to the room. they don’t explain how to get the key, they key is inside a numeric locker outside the building in a window ( no one explains it , another guest told me after 40 minutes lost at the entrance of the building) they don’t answer the phone when you call them. THE WORST THING: you Book a room with bathroom and when you finally access the room surprise: it does not have bathroom.

I was a bit cold in my room. I never met the hosts nor was I contacted by them whilst I was there. I did, however, receive a WhatsApp request for arrival confirmation. Finding the hostel was rather difficult. Better directions from the station would be helpful.

The lockbox was easy to use. It also helped to have pictures sent to identify the location. The cleaning lady was super helpful and very nice. I felt safe and comfortable staying here. The location is ideal for Gare Saint Roche

The concept of a community shared flat, which gives you the privacy of a private room and the contact with the other guests as in a hostel. Great idea and concept

- There was a problem with check in (door code did not work) - The room and the whole hostel was rather basic and not very clean, there wasn't even toilet paper. I had more comfortable stays (better value for my money) in youth hostels, gîtes, auberges etc.

The close location to the train station and the city centre, the bed was comfortable, so okay for 1 night.
