Bed sheets were dirty. There was an extra charge for sheets which was waived because of the soiled sheets.

The facilities onsite were only open at certain times, 9-12pm & 4-7pm. Including the reception, swimming pool & supermarket. Check in/out is also between these times. The drive to other supermarkets is around an hour due to having to go back down the mountain and up again. A little difficult if you have forgotten something and the onsite shop is shut. I understand this can't be helped but shop times etc could be better. Apartment would benefit from having patio furniture. The deposit is expensive at 300€ and the cleaning of apartment cost is in addition at around 40€. We are still waiting for the deposit money to be refunded (a week later). Make sure you pay the deposit by cheque.

The views were spectacular. Plenty parking. Friendly staff. Lovely onsite bar/restaurant, Le Chalet, we didn't try the others. Outdoor swimming pool. Apartment well equipped. Good sized balcony.

no soap, no household items. Those. You need to bring your own or buy on the spot. There are only dishes. There is no washing machine. no Wi-Fi, in a 4-bed room there is one bunk bed and one folding narrow sofa. There are no duvet covers on the duvets, only sheets, but the duvets are terribly dirty. I had to clear them.

the sofa wasn’t comfortable and not enough pillows. the door on the bedroom was a pain. a normal door would be better. the tv was placed in an odd place so we hit our head on it when coming out of the bedroom.

The lobby and the stairways were quit dirty, probably because the dirts came with the ski shoes. It would be nice to clean it daily.

We had a beautiful view over the mountains with snow. The bath was lovely after a day skiing.

The staff knew hardly any English or not bothered. We were never told you need 48h notice to book end of stay cleaning. This has changed from 24h to 48h in a second anyway. Obviously not even a vacuum cleaner is supplied. No toilet paper, soap etc but we knew this... The opening hours are a bit restrictive and mobile phone supplied only works during opening hours..

The blankets and beds stink very very very bad. We had to pay for the bedding linen 50 Euro and didn't use blankets at all as they were so stinky. The blankets can't be used even with duvet cover. The curtains are very smelly and dirty and the beds are too noisy. We stayed 6 days and out of 6 days almost 3 days the stovetop wasn't working and we had go to their office 3 times to report it and finally after 2 attempts they managed to fix it (replaced with a second hand stovetop) and after the guy replaced the stovetop we had clean the mess. Dishwasher wasn't working and the coffee machine was so dirty and old. Swimming pool is too deep and cold for small children and only allowed to swim with swimsuit (the one which professional swimmer wears). Jacuzzi is switched off so its mean Jacuzzi exist only in photos for the purpose of advertisement and the sauna is too tiny and old. No cleaning product provided and only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for the entire stay. --- Advice, don't trust the photos as all of them are Photoshopped. To bring lists, pay them for bedding linen on arrival or bring your own otherwise you can't sleep, bring your own blanket, bring cleaning product, bring very strong perfume with you so you can make the property liveable.

Just I liked the location and the rest was nightmare, The worst stay in my entire life so far. Disappointed to give 1 rating as there is no lower than 1!

The property itself is not nice, old and not maintained. There is also no view from the property as you are facing the road and the view is amazing! It did not helps that the place was not cleaned when we arrived. The furniture is damaged, old and shabby. The quality of the mattresses and pillow is on the cheap side…

The only good thing about the property is the location. The location is very good! It is very close to a sledge slope for the children, close to very nice restaurants and bar and especially very close to the téléski (Bachat). you have a free shuttle that can take everywhere else you want. You are also on top of the supermarket so very handy for every morning fresh bread! the Bachat village is prettier than the main resort in Chamrousse 1750 to my eyes.

It was a little tricky that we were traveling by bus and needed to walk with our gear from the reception to where we were staying. Some assistance here would have been appreciated. Everything else was wonderful!

We really loved where we stayed, the location was wonderful! Walking distance to the chair lift, ski rental, supermarket, restaurants and the shuttle stop. The shuttle could take us to more shops and also the gondola.

The worst hotel I had ever visited!!! - old, dirty, non -renovated rooms with the smell like in a bin! - no towels, no bed sheets at all - no soap, toilet paper etc! - reception works on a very strange schedule: had a 2.5 hour lunch time and close at 18.00. No one can help you between these time gaps - non-responsible stuff - the hotel territory has a lot of small stones (pebble) which are everywhere - in the carpets on your car, in your room! Everywhere! - wry slippery. No one care about the ice on the territory! it is your own problem

only one thing is good here: there are a good traces for skiing and cool view

Apartment very tatty, parts of cupboards falling off, very over due fir a refit, beds uncomfortable, not enough space fur 6 people, very poorly stocked fir self catering. Arrived late at night..there wasn't even any toilet paper.swimming pool not working for several days

Location of apartment was amazing..I asked for one close to a ski lift..it was probably 20 metres from our front door!!!! Nice big balcony (shame no outside table and chairs), plenty of hot water. Apartment size fine for 4 (it said suitable for 6)
