You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Portugalcheck in is very late, 5PM. check out is very early, 10AM. there is almost no time to do anything other than sleep and leave! very bad smell coming out of the sink. old old shower throwing water everywhere could not control AC temperature nor turn it on. from all the staff I found, only one spoke in English rude staff at breakfast elevators take forever. only 2 for the entire hotel the area around the hotel is scary!
the bed is very nice room with high ceiling making it confortable and airy good cleaning convenient breakfast free parking amenities for coffee and tea in the room transportation to/from city (hotel is not central)

IrelandThe pool is too small for a busy hotel with many guests. It wasn't possible to swim even a few strokes as there were so many people standing in it at 6pm. It remained very busy until it closed at 7pm. The check-in is 5pm, three hours later than standard check-in time. Check- out is 10am, two hours before standard check-out time. This made our overnight stay very rushed. The location is not good as there are no restaurants nearby and it's quite a distance from the scenic and atmospheric areas of Marseille.
Breakfast was included in the price. Staff were pleasant.

ItalyThe swimming pool was very little with a lot of cloro inside. The position: connected to pubblic transport 59 to Gare Saint Charles et to old port through a 500 street up. Bus 59 do not run after 19.30 You have to book for the spa and for the navette. Breakfast is not so varied

United KingdomStaff were not very helpful to non-French speakers. We had to ask for clean towels,.ask for the room to be cleaned. There was not a great selection at breakfast -and the female staff member at breakfast was very grumpy (to us, at least).No fridge in the room, no cups in the room for tea making ( and only 2 tea bags provided for our 5 day visit). The area around the hotel is very run down and unpleasant , so if you plan to walk anywhere you don't feel very safe. Only one key was provided for the room and they would not give us a second one which made it difficult when we were not all together.
The pool was great and the pool staff were friendly and helpful..The building and grounds were also nice . Free parking was also good. A few small tweaks would make it a much better place

It was a beautiful compley, safe spot with an extra security, I loved that because Marseille is really true a bit dangerous city. Pool looked nice and all in the garden well cared about.
